Stepz Fitness Penrith

Started working out here a few weeks ago. The vibe of the gym is very friendly and the greenery inside the gym gives a relaxing feel. The members are very friendly and are willing to help if needed.

Steps Fitness Penrith has become my second home. I enjoy going in and seeing the welcome faces. Ash and the team are always there to help and support. Love my second home highlight recommend any one who is looking at getting started in their fitness journey.

Trained with Ash for at least a year. Found his wisdom, insight and his genuine interest in my health / well-being to be key in my weight loss. Although I have to leave due to relocating, I would highly recommend this gym for success, growth in personal development and good teaching. First gym out of many for me to actually lose weight and achieve fitness goals!

Me and my friend joined stepz a year and a half
ago and signed to a 12 month contract, when we
joined ash did not take us through any details of
the contract he only disclosed it was a year and
after the year was up we would need to renew our
membership. After it had been a year we tried our
first attempt to leave and he told us we would
need to come in person at a certain time to sign
out, the only times he gave us were in our work
hours so we couldn't end the contract and left it
at our first attempt. 3 months later we tried again
explaining that I was moving away and needed to
cancel my membership, he abused me over the
phone and told me I had to pay a 180 dollar
cancellation fee because I didn't give notice when
my first attempt should have been my notice to
leave.the weekly payments continued coming
out until finally I got a hold of a staff
member who explained to me he makes it
very hard for members to leave and this is not the
first time it had happened. She also explained to
my friend that he had renewed her membership
without her knowledge when she asked him to
put it on hold as she didn't have the funds. There
was nothing wrong with the gym itself and the
staff, but the owner ash is completely unethical, rude and just after money!

As someone who is body conscious I love working out here late evening. Hardly anyone around and good machines

Best gym I could recommend. They're open minded people that do what they can to get you to your goals. Couldn't fault them, their gym deals are amazing for people wanting the great quality at affordable prices ️

I’ve never been in a gym before because of a gym phobia. But after scoping Stepz Penrith out for 18 months I bit the bullet, best decision ever. From the moment I walked through the door Donna, Ash and the team made me feel at ease and supported. They are extremely helpful and take an interest in you no matter your fitness level. Do not leave it as long as me to be a part of this clean, supportive and well-equipped gym. I would highly recommend Stepz Fitness Penrith to anyone.

I am a fitness passport member and find that coming to Stepz fitness has changed my fitness journey for better. Not only do they hold classes where everyone engaged with each other, the trainers are supportive and engaging. The team and the environment is a friendly and supportive environment, as a shy girl coming into this environment has made my confidence sky rocket and made my weight loss journey easier.

Amazing staff no matter if it is a personal one on one session, group classes or just walking in, you walk it and it like the biggest cheer up of my day. They know our names and greet us at door with big smiles and are always up for chat. The gym is probably the best part of my day. They are helpful at achieving my goals and are always encouraging. Always clean and always looking after our hygiene and well-being.

Honestly the best gym I’ve ever been to! The team here are so amazing. They make every member feel like family and genuinely care about helping people achieve their fitness goals. The gym has a great, fresh, welcoming vibe to it. The classes are heaps of fun too!

I've been to a lot of gyms around the world and this is up there with having a club with everything.
The group classes were great for a routine change and ran really well.
