Asked them to take care of my case. They said they have worked it from background and should be alright, but turned out my claim was disputed. That does not worth 2 star. The reason I gave them 2 stars are because their responsiveness is worse than centrelink (if you know what I mean) and they will abandon you once your business is done even if you still need something from them. Not recommended.

Update: They respond to this review and send me an email. Good. As a lawyer company, I can say they understand law well. What I am disappointed about is their responsiveness. So I keep firm on this 2 stars because of the process, not the result.
