Hello! I applied to Wollongong University for my Master’s and I had previous visa refusal from USA. Also I got PIC 4020 condition invitation to comment from Australian high Commission for an undisclosed information. It was a complicated case to begin with. But step up consultation really stepped up for me and after a long hard work, we were finally able to get my student visa. I applied on june 6 and received grant letter on 4th November. The Step Up team have been extremely helpful. My brother arrived on a visitor visa and after spending some time here he wanted to study his Masters degree here. Step up shared some crucial information with us and advised him to study in Tasmania.
