Steamatic Sydney

My husband and I have been dealing with an insurance claim in regards to the storms back in March in Sydney. It has been a long, tedious and incredibly stressful experience.

However, the most professional, efficient, caring, knowledgeable and productive parts of this claim have come from Steve and his team at Steamatic.
Throughout the last nine months when two building companies and the insurance company have let us down repeatedly, Steve has been ready to go the whole time, even including us on the Steamatic job schedule so that once the insurance company was finally ready to go,
Steamatic were able to start immediately.
Thanks also in particular to Tara, Tyrell, Skye, Sebastian and Bill who have shown compassion and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.
We would never use anyone other than Steamatic in the future.
Steamatic are a wonderful company who have supported us through this situation and continue to do so.

Excellent service for water damage to carpets. Communication was clear and steps were taken to remove significantly damaged carpet and to remove excess water.

Have all my belongings in their warehouse and no response by them to access my items don't trust them once they take your stuff you will be stuck if you want access to anything sentimental especially don't trust them or the insurance if they say steamatic

Glen from Steamatic was brilliant. My washing machine leaked dozens of litres of water, damaging the bamboo timber floorboards and resulting in mould spots on the ceiling and every plantation shutter as well as coating the wine bottles in the cupboard below the stairs. Glen removed the floorboards, dried the underlying flooring, got every speck of mould and even carefully wiped the wine bottles to avoid losing the label! When I returned last weekend, the house had been locked up for more than one month and there was no mould and no musty smell.
