Steamatic Northern Rivers

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. After saying he could do the job, I had to continue to follow him up multiple times to organise a time. He came out to quote. He then told me he would come on a certain day to do the work (again, after I followed up with him), I notified the tenants and they waited for him. When I found out he didn't arrive (I was told the next day by them - not him) I tried to get in contact with him. However, my message wouldn't go through and it when I called it went straight to voicemail. He had clearly blocked my phone number, so when I called off a private number he did pick up. Surprised, he told me he was in traffic and hung up on me. I'm embarrassed for his business name, that he can't just be direct and tell a client he doesn't have the capacity or just doesn't want to do a job. Instead of dodging their calls and blocking them. A truly bizarre experience. Overall, if you just tell a client you can't do the work, they might appreciate that instead of wasting a month or so thinking you will commit to what you have said.
