Absolutely excellent service. Due has gone above and beyond to help and educate us. (even answering out of hours when we needed tech support) The products are excellent. I bought a kanga 1600 to start and have continued to purchase further products and machines all which have been excellent. Great advice and very reliable. Highly recommend.

This guy is genuine and amazing. Had issues with an expensive machine which was damaged during freight. Duy did not hesitate to get it sorted for me, sent out a new machine no questions asked. If you looking to get into the industry you need to deal with the right people who are not going to rip you off but instead support you. Have had many questions for Duy and every time he gets back to me as soon as possible to help out. A great guy. Highly recommended.
