Every request or phone call has been answersed to in detail, with helpful suggestions and must say precious learnings too as it was our first one. Stavros and Evgenia have walked us through every step in very detail, very caring and patient. At very reasonable charges too. Been with them about two years now, must say one of the best and most trustworthy in western Sydney area, be it renting, property management or sale, would surely recommend Century21 Blacktown.
Everyday we receive the customer service in day to say life, Either if we go to shopping or dinner or anything amd we only remember the either the best service or the worst but Evgenia Ousta has given us the best customer service in real estate We were with another estate agency tenants and we were facing so much challenges for the repairs and maintenance but Evgenia Ousta just in 2-3 days of overtaking the property has sorted major of the issues and always with positive attirude, when ever we asked or requested her she always listen to us and acknowledge us,
we feel valued.
