Item correctly addressed to retirement village, driver error resulted in “delivery unsuccessful”, item now held awaiting confirmation from sender.

Never have had a good experience with coffs starTack, 2 phones suppose to be already and havnt been but your company is saying they were delivered on the 3rd but It wasn't purchased until after the 3rd on the 10th? Work that out? Where is my packages!

0 Stars. I paid for express post, coming from Brisbane, along with standard delivery items from further up north in QLD. This was processed first, but sat at Casino for 3 days, while the standard parcels through Australia Post (same ownership, effectively the same business) were there for 1.5 days, and on board for delivery the next day.
The tracking states that it is STILL in Casino, but after trying to navigate their terrible phone service and online service, I simply asked for "General Enquiry" and got through to a person who barely spoke a word of English, only to be told that last night at 9: 22pm, it was on board for delivery to the Coffs Harbour depot.
It takes 1.5hrs to get to Woolgoolga from Casino, but they delivered to the Coffs Harbour Star Track depot south of Coffs presumably (according to the lady on the phone. And it hasn't updated on web tracking).
So I presume that it arrived at the depot late last night and just sat at the depot all day.
I paid for express on SUNDAY, as I needed it urgently. The business processed it on MONDAY morning, and it's still not here, but the standard post from Aus Post which wasn't processed until Tuesday and shipped Tuesday, got here 2 and 1 day ago.

The lady on the phone told me I could possibly go collect it on Saturday, but problem is, I work all day, and apparently they AREN'T open on Saturday mornings anymore like they used to be.

No wonder Australia's courier system is rated as one of the worst in the world, when are these awful businesses going to wake up and make a change?

I should also mention, the previous house I lived at, no matter how many complaints I put in, they delivery driver would always just go to the letter box and leave a pick up slip, I even walked out to greet the driver one day and he threw it out the window on the ground and sped off.disgusting service that doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Absolutely useless. Had a delivery due today, the driver just put a delivery notice in my mailbox, didn't even bother knocking on my front door - I know, because I've been home all day working in my dining room, which is right next to my front door! The notice said they tried, but no one was home!
I now have to drive from Sandy Beach to the other side of Coffs to pick my item up which is soooo frustrating, given that I PAID FOR DELIVERY.
I'm out of the area tomorrow (Friday), so I can't pick it up, the item is needed this weekend, and you guys aren't open on Saturdays! (Hence the reason I ordered it when I did - so it would get here in time!)
Thanks for NOTHING Startrack!

Using the tracking device I can see that the Optus article I was promised to be delivered yesterday Friday 20th May was delivered to the Coffs Harbour Depot at 9.30am Friday, yesterday. It is my phone from Optus which was promised to me to be delivered yesterday Friday. It was part of my deal with Optus. It is now after 12 noon on Saturday 21st May and I cannot contact Startrack to find out where my phone is. I am going overseas on Tuesday and that phone is supposed to go with me. I am very concerned as my experience with Startrack in the past has been that some of my parcels have not been delivered to the right house. They have gone missing. This is not what I was promised and I am very angry.

Terrible service. Missed a delivery on Tues, requested a redelivery via txt msg, online request, and call centre on Tuesday.
Still not delivered by Friday - the highways are not flooded. No notifications since Tues.
Zero stars would be more appropriate.

This service does not even deserve a one star. Not only have they delivered a high value parcel to another address that was apparently signed for, their customer service team were very hard to get in contact with. When I was able to speak with someone in the office they said they can't do anything on their end I have to get the first shipping company to put in for it to be investigated.even though it was a star track driver that had not done their job properly. Pathetic excuse for a company, would never recommend.

Once again no attempt made to actually deliver the parcel. Once again not taken to the Post Office but dropped at a Cafe that just happens to be a drop off point. Once again, I had to phone around trying to find out why my parcel was late, only to find out that it was delivered yesterday. Once again I had to phone around trying to find out where it had been delivered to. At least if it is delivered to the actual Post Office then a care would be dropped off in my mailbox the following day. Not when it is dropped at Valla Beach Cafe. We have to go hunting to find our parcels. If you cannot deliver at least have the decency to let people know where you have hidden their parcels! Very poor service and "couldn't care less" attitude.

My 3rd failure with startrack. Should be called turtletrack. Had delivery from UPS handed to startrack. Still waiting 2 weeks after parcel left sydney for delivery to north coast. No communication. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are the WORST COURIERS EVER.

Had another delivered to the wrong address.
Steer clear of them.

Awaiting urgent part to repair customer tractor, parcel was on board for delivery and never came, called StarTrack 10am and was told the delivery van broke down and parcel would come today. I called again 3pm as it has still not come and was told by a different person that the driver ran out of time yesterday and would if not here by 5pm to call again. So what excuse will they make up then. If you are going to tell a lie please make it the same one.

Parcel been at there store since monday. Was on for delivery tuesday but did not come.so rang to find out why told it be delivered tomorrow "wednesday" well guess what again its still sitting in thete warehouse and its wednesday! And this time Told it should (should?) be tomorrow sorry for this and to pick it up myeelf as not happy with your service we have to apply and wont be approved untill tomorrow "thursday" you run a 5day delivery service for a 2 day package.whole place needs a look into.

At home expecting delivery, no knock just a card at the door.then left on hold for 20 minutes to find out i have to wait another day to collect it from the local centre.

The delivery driver in Toormina is a ninja. He will not ring the door bell. I just watched him drive off in his van after attempting a delivery. Never heard a knock and he certainly did not ring the doorbell.

I was worried when I saw the other reviews but I had a good experience. Had a text saying my package was expected the next day. Then another confirming it arrived.badda bing badda boom. Easy.
