Start Fresh Removals

After previous dramas with removalists in the area some years ago, I was a little worried about this move.
Chris put me at ease, did what he said he would do, was flexible for me when I needed him to be and generally, a nice genuine hard working guy to deal with.as was the rest of his team. The only thing that broke on the day was a cup that I broke! And everything went smoothly for the 4 hour distance move so it was an overnight move. The online estimator tool was helpful but Chris also came over to check the size of the truck to again put me at ease.

I would be very happy to recommend these guys for anyone looking.

I moved with Start Fresh a couple of months ago. Found them really professional and great at what they do. We had multiple date changes due to the new home being delayed and they were able to move my dates and be flexible to organise my move. No bumps in the walls, everything was put where I asked and the job was done in record time, much faster than I expected.

Excellent removalist. Punctual, friendly and so efficient. We were very unorganised when they arrived and they still managed to pack us up quickly. Stuck to their estimate. We cannot fault them and would use them again in the future.

Booked in for a house move in Point Clare, Was very impressed with the service and professionalism of the team. Turned up on time and got straight to work, They treated our furniture with great respect spending the time to wrap and stack each item like they were their own. I will be booking them when we move again in 12 months.

The best removalists on the Coast! I have used them a few times now and couldn’t recommend them enough. Fabulous each and every time.

Chris and his staff are very honest. When they had deliered all the goods and furnishings and said goodbuy; about 15 minutes later they were back! Chris had put valuable and fragile things, wrapped carefully, in the part of the truck behind the main seats and steering wheel. Also Chris was extreamly honest. I had part paid him (forgot amount approx $300) and in my confusion I counted out the amount as $50's but was usung $100's. He returned later and returned the extra amount I had given him. I can recomended the firm but I must add that there packing was slightly disorganised and not enough information written on the boxes.

Highly recommend Start Fresh as your Removalists. Boys were in time, accurate, friendly and highly professional. Great value for money. We will definitely call you again on our next move!

These guys were awesome! Moved everything so fast & with care. I was moving from a house in Newcastle to a tiny appartment in gosford with a small elevator to use and they moved everything easily. Highly recommend these guys

Great people, nothing was a problem for them. They were faced with a stupidly steep set of stairs but they found a way to get all of our stuff up and in place. True to their word and most importantly no surprises.

What a positive experience it was for us. Christian and team picked our stuff up from storage and delivered it to our home on time, taking appropriate care with fragile items.

Chris was fantastic. I chose to move on an extremely hot day and there was never any complaints. The boys were prompt, took great care of my possessions and were friendly and extremely genuine. I’d definitely use them again for my next move.

Great experience, the guys helped us move from Central Coast to Sydney and it couldn’t have gone any smoother, fantastic service from start to finish. Even managed to lift our washing machine out of an impossible gap extra stars for that!
