Absoloute useless and disrespectful real estate. Putting my family out by holding onto the bond trying to claim it before inspection was even done. Lack of professionalism from everyone there.
Late email responses and no care for issues brought up.
NEVER use these useless people.

Very bad rental agency. I was a tenant with them and they steal $1000 from my bond property manager Dianne Jackson was very rude and unprofessional. They accuse me that I have damaged the dishwasher machine, which I’ve never used a dishwasher in my life. Very unprofessional agency and disgrace to our community. It’s not right what you guys are doing and I will take this matter to the fair trading.

I have never seen such a useless and incompetent staff. I was renting a small apartment for 2 years with Stephen Gringhuis as my property manager. You would think that after 2 years of filing complaints, asking questions and sending emails, and calling the office, that you would receive some sort of communication in return, but over our time living here, I can barely recall a single time that anything was answered until we decided to cut our lease 4 weeks short - at which time I received 4 emails in 1 day - a record. We had complained about mould from the 2022 floods and 10 months later we were told to deal with it ourselves. The intercom never worked and no one came to fix it despite our maintenance claims, same went for the dishwasher, the botched sliding door, the dryer and oven that didn't work, the blinds that didn't slide or fit, power outages that we handled, multiple plumbing issues that we had to sort ourselves among plenty others that we had to take into our own hands.

After all of this when we finally left, they claimed $500 from our bond for what we were initially were told was "small cleaning issues" and didn't include all of the things we had tried to claim to get fixed for the last 2 years. To top it off they sent the invoice that was requested weeks earlier, 5 days after the ability to go to tribunal expired - how convenient.

Embarrassing service from a company that I now wouldn't recommend to anyone.

As a renter with the specific property manger we had, I would never rent there again or recommend it to anyone I know. The communication is next to none. You need to email multiple times for the same thing to even get a response. Calling the office is useless because the calls are never returned. It’s pretty clear they don’t care in the slightest about the tenants. Took us months to get maintenance issues resolved. Some of which never even got sorted as the property manager doesn’t even respond. The only positive I will say is the girl who does the house inspections was always lovely and more willing to assist us than our property manager ever was. Extremely poor communication and customer service skills. I’m sure not all of the property managers are like this but our specific one was less than helpful.

Useless company. I put really good rental application and after one week they sent me an email that your application is unsuccessful. The feedback I have received from them was owner decided to go with other application. Really disappointed

Terrible terrible service if you’re a renter. Lack of communication from the property manager, provided with incorrect information about the property upon moving in, smoke alarm not even connected upon moving in and this needing to be resolved by the tenant, constantly having to follow up to get responses from the property manager, his manager was included in on emails but only monitored the situation never intervened and resolved the issue for the tenant and when the issue was finally resolved they didn’t even inspect the issue and further emails to them needed to be done for a resolution. Landlords must love them cause they’re definitely not there for the tenant. Poor performance of the property manager that mustn’t need to perform to KPI’s as poor customer service, lack of communication and unable to get things finalised in property before was occupied.

Not happy with the rental team - Steve never got back to me regarding property issues, and now trying to take my bond, for cleaning that I had already had done, and for painting walls. Never sent me photos of the property of what they were questioning, did not provide quotes and completed all the work without providing me the final inspection. Then all the quotes were for way more then what they had even discussed with me. Will never rent here again!

We have bought this property from Starr Partners Penrith 7 years ago. Josh Cassells was a young man then but very professional in his dealings with us. So when we have decided to sell it, we remember Josh. He came to our house straightaway, He suggested a few improvements on the house to make it attractive to the buyers. When all ‘s done, the open house was scheduled and the house was sold within the next 24 hours. Starr Partners is excellent in what they do. Very professional and looks after their client very well. Thank You Starr Partners. Well done Josh.

The only reasons of four starrs is that I've only just moved in. I thank Start Partners for introducing me to my perfect little dream home! It was slightly disorganized at the get go however the team made it easy to get everything sorted and have a happy move in. Five starrs if a few little fixes happen. This far a great experience!

I highly recommend this real estate, I am very impressed with my property manager Georgia. This is referring to the Penrith office. I have been with Starr Partners for 3 years and I cannot fault them, Georgia is caring, understanding and I have felt she has been an advocate with repairs ect.i believe Georgia is an asset to the Real estate it's sad I've had to downsize and move on. I have also had experience with the rest of the team they are professional, efficient and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I don't know about other Starr Partner real estate but I can say Julie from Penrith was amazing in assisting us purchase our first home. We had horrible experiences with other real estate agents throughout our 6 month journey with arrogant and rude people wanting a quick sell. That was not the case here. Julie helped us along and made the process super easy with her kindness and helpful customer service. She is definitely a Gem to have come across. Recommend 10/10.
