Elton harassed me for years to sell. Turns up at yr door without permission, messages ect. When time to sell turned up no sit down talk no paperwork nothing. He just states stuff. I had to ask for the information in writing three days later. Two pages of costs only. Also 50k smaller.

Very very dishonest people. Paul Berti and Elton Jardine first urge you to pay the deposit and sign the contract, and then sell the property to another bidder without informing you. They even covered it up with a nonsensical lie that the vendor suddenly withdrew the property from the market, which makes their dishonesty even worse. It reminds me of the famous quote from Solzhenitsyn, “We know they are lying, they know they are lying, they know we know they are lying, we know they know we know they are lying, but they are still lying. ”
We will never have any dealings with Starr Partners Campbelltown, whether buying or selling.
