Star Training is the best to attend especially for the Saturday class at Liverpool.

The worse customer service ever. Every time I call the number. The man who is answering the phone hangs up without even listening to my questions.
I did my security course with Shane smith. He’s such a great teacher and very professional, simply he’s the best.
Our instructor Shane Smith taught us well, and gave well explained training and shared many experiences about the security industry, Thank you Shane.

Had an amazing time completing my white card course at the liverpool academy. Our mentor Michael was very knowledege able and made sure we understood each element of safety before moving onto the next. Definately recommend this place for people that need to complete their white care course.
I had the RSA class on Saturday at 9am, but unfortunately, I was 40 minutes late and the receptionist did not allow me to attend the class. He told me to give them a call on Monday to reschedule it. On Monday, when I called, I spoke with a person named Victoria who had a rude and pathetic behavior. She did not know how to talk or deal with customers. I explained to her that I was late and the receptionist had said I needed to reschedule the class. After a few minutes, she kept asking for my name. I asked her why she kept asking for my name and she became rude and said I had to repay the fees to do the course. She hung up the phone while I was still speaking. I tried to call her 5 or 6 times, and finally, she picked up. I asked her why she hung up on me and she didn't give me a proper answer.
I have checked the company's website but could not find anyone good to contact. Therefore, I am writing here. If someone from the faculty is reading this, please take action. Either refund my fees or enroll me in another class on another day. Your company offers different courses, so I suggest you also add customer care training for your staff.
Our trainer MD was really friendly and professional and the course first aid was really helpful.
First aid training was really good and got very good knowledge from well trained and knowledgeable trainer Mr M. D

Michael took me through the white card course, he is a very good teacher and very patient and understanding with non-english first language speakers.

The trainer Shane goes out of his way to make the students feel miserable. He is constantly rude and continuously swears, makes jokes at the students expense, is racist towards students, has a massive ego and brags about how he is the best security trainer in Sydney.
He mentions that if anyone doesn't like his style of training they are free to leave and if he doesn't like a students attitude, he will kick them out of the security course and they won't receive a refund.
His way of teaching is very unprofessional, I would not recommend attending this course with Shane.
Michael was an amazing teacher. Had a great experience. He took the time to explain everything and is very passionate about his job.
Shane is a mad dog. Absolute legend. Javeed has an amazing hairline as well. Very Gandu friendly environment
