Star training is one of the best centre for security course, plus point is they have very good teacher, His name is myles, his way of teaching is very professional and also he very friendly.i highly recommend you guys.

I arrived a bit late in the class but they didn’t allow me to go in the class even they were rude to me. They didn’t issue me the refund nor the rescheduled my class and their behaviour was like a racism. Specially the management pass the comment its not pakistan.

I must say training modules were briefly structured. Shen Smith and John lafaitele was one of the best instructors who not only teach but creates fun moment which makes learning easy.the admin staff is so good to help in any trouble shooting and always supportive specially nishell and melisha.

One of the best place to get security course. The trainers Shane Smith and John Stoodley are professional and well experienced. Best staff! Highly recommended for everyone. Very professional and helpful staff. They guided me and helped me in every way possible throughout the course.

I had the RSA class on Saturday at 9am in liverpool campus, but unfortunately, I was 40 minutes late and the receptionist did not allow me to attend the class. He told me to give them a call on Monday to reschedule it. On Monday, when I called, I spoke with a person named Victoria who had a rude and pathetic behavior. She did not know how to talk or deal with customers. I explained to her that I was late and the receptionist had said I needed to reschedule the class. After a few minutes, she kept asking for my name. I asked her why she kept asking for my name and she became rude and said I had to repay the fees to do the course. She hung up the phone while I was still speaking. I tried to call her 5 or 6 times, and finally, she picked up. I asked her why she hung up on me and she didn't give me a proper answer.

I have checked the company's website but could not find anyone good to contact. Therefore, I am writing here. If someone from the faculty is reading this, please take action. Either refund my fees or enroll me in another class on another day. Your company offers different courses, so I suggest you also add customer care training for your staff.

My experience at Star Training Academy during my RSA course is that they help you with everything and anything you might need.
The teachers are amazing and they are there to help with anything you need. The owner also offered me a job when I needed it.
This school cares about student learning more than anything else. This school is not as bad as the other reviews claim based on my own experience.

I have recently completed my First Aid Certificate, RSA & Security certificate from this training academy.

To begin with, Receptionist were very helpful in all my queries and assisted me to get the course completed.

2 main Trainers/instructors John Stoodley and Shane Smith, absolutely Gem. John Stoodley was an amazing trainer who equipped the students with the necessary skills needed in this Industry. Shane was also brilliant in the ways he taught us role plays and ensured we took this seriously, so we were better prepared for the real life situation.

In the second week of the course, Another trainer by the name of John Lafaitele who assisted us in role play was superb, great energy, filled the students with confidence and made us comfortable with the situation.

Big shout out and massive thanks to the whole team!

I had John and Shane as my trainers, I could not recommend them highly enough. You can quite clearly tell they are passionate about teaching and have genuine care for helping their students be there best.
