This place is amazing, have been going there for the last 14 years.

My family and I just finished a 5 night stay at the star of the sea. It was an all around pleasure. The staff made it every bit better and were extremely welcoming. An honourable mention to Emerson the pool lifeguard who was extremely friendly and humorous definitely deserves a raise

Wow wow wow, fantastic joint and just an hour out of Sydney. Fabulous spacious apartments. Great facilities for kids. My kids called it Paradise. The pool bar food is terrific. I cannot fault this place. An excellent stay for young and old.

Best hotel is terrigal by far! Awesome staff views and service. Super clean and spacious rooms would highly recommend to anybody staying in terrigal

I have frequently visited Star of the Sea over the last few years. It is absolutely the best place to stay in Terrigal if you have children or are looking for somewhere close to the CBD. Again, this stay we are super impressed. The accomodation was excellent and the staff are super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Great pools and facilities, will be back again for sure.

Great location near the beach / shops with an excellent room with very modern appliances & a great view. Coming back.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The view from the ocean room is unbelievable. Its one of the more pricier option around terrigal but there is a lot to do inside the property such as indoor/outdoor pool with slides, pool room, table tennis, squash, lawn tennis etc. The staff is very helpful and the property is very well looked after. The apartments have everything you need such as utensils, washing machine, vaccum etc. Be mindful though if you have prams you have to exit via
the main gate which is a longer walk into town and its pretty much uphill on the way back. It wasnt a big deal for us but just fyi.
Overall we highly recommend this place.

Great location and building; can suggest the following to have a better stay. Bedrooms on the pool area and very noisy from 6: 30am with kids; bedrooms around the pool have a lot of light all night due to the pool area lights being left on all night.
The site manager is great ask her for Assistance in finding good rooms to avoid the above.

We were 8 women in 2 apartments on a single floor, reached by a lift, so very private
All the staff were very obliging, in short a wonderful stay
We have been away together 7 times in all and this was definitely the best

Top floor apartment overlooking Terrigal… perfect. If you can secure Apartment 52 you will have an amazing stay.

Great spot good rooms.
Only problem was a barking dog. Need to ask for units away from dog owners

Our families all had another wonderful time at Star of the Sea. The complex offers numerous facilities including, a tennis court, squash court, snooker tables, heated indoor pool and outdoor pool with waterslide, all of which we have made great use of.
On each of the four occasions we have stayed at Star of the Sea, we have found the rooms clean with the staff welcoming and very helpful.

I stayed here last week for a girls weekend away. The penthouse suite was beautiful, the views were to die for, especially the ones over the tennis court while we watched the warriors train

Star of the sea is an amazing place it has an indoor and outdoor pool and a tennis court. They have great views and big rooms. Star of the sea is were I always go when in Terrigal.

We recently booked the 4 bedroom penthouse apartment for 10+ people. Literally one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Upon arrival, staff were great & even helped take our bags to our room. The penthouse itself was very luxurious, spacious & had a large balcony with an amazing view. Resort also had a tennis court, squash court, pool table, tennis table, indoor & outdoor heated pools. I’ve cancelled our yearly QLD holiday & will always be coming here from now on.

Perfect family getaway regardless of the weather! The facilities are incredible! Weather it's sunny or raining there is plenty to entertain your little ones with! The apartments themselves are high quality, clean and perfect for multiple families. The rooms are well insulated so you won't wake everyone when hour baby is screaming! We will definitely be back! And it's a 5 mins walk to Terrigal shops.

Absolutely stunning luxury apartment! Amenities were flawless, rooms were luxuriously spacious, fabulous views, staff were extraordinarily friendly and best of all, great location and a 2 min walk to the beach!

Star of the Sea Terrigal is absolutely stunning and the service is outstanding! We had a three bedroom unit which was so very spacious, well looked after, great amenities and the fit out was to die for. A special thanks to Bob the boss who looked after us. We had the best weekend away for my birthday with my family and friends. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be booking again!
