Always a rushed job. Star wash is comparatively expensive but the quality is below par. I get better experience from local car wash in Macquarie.

I booked the $55 platinum exterior and interior cleaning services and the team in Gordon did an exceptional job.
I have only given 4/5 stars as I feel the up selling was done unprofessionally. The polishing and detailing service was hard sold to me and as I declined the offer, I was initially concerned that the basic services were not going to be delivered.
Nonetheless, car is now in good and shiny shape and the interior has been vacuumed and cleaned properly. Good job!

Joel did an excellent job on my Suzuki S Cross today. He put some extra effort in to polishing out a few tree branch scratches on my bonnet.

Be VERY VERY specific about what you want.
I asked for Star Wash - $39
Guy says "I'll wax it for you as its dirty"
I say "Thank you"
When I pick up I get charged for Star Wax - $95
I feel I've been tricked and wont go again.
Keep the $95 and lose a customer.

Wasted $55 on the Platinum car wash. Wheels full of grime, boot not vacuumed, interior is dusty and lots of spots on the car that weren’t buffed. They tried hard to upsell me to a $90 job my car didn’t need and asked to be paid in cash. I wonder why?

Got detail done very impressed seats looked brand new and the polish was done really well

We took our car to the Gordon location for a platinum wash and were very happy with the results. They successfully removed all the grass, sand and dirt inside the car and the exterior was shiny clean. Will be using them again.

I went there yesterday for basic wash and they did very good in and out cleaning. Excellent job

Cut a long story short, I had to wash the car one more time, myself. Including cleaning everything I paid extra for.
I will absolutely not coming back.

Got the premium wash which turned out to be the worst car wash I could ever imagine. Never coming back for a car wash

Only take your car here for cleaning if its not too dirty. They're not very thorough - I found several spots they had missed. They also do not do a full detailing (e.g. Machine polish).

Do not bring your cars here if you want your cars to be wash/detail professionally and without damaging the paintwork. They don't use correct equipments and products. They didn't soak the car when washing, dry wipped on the paint do not care about scratching and damaging the car. Towels and wipes are dirty and re-use. All they cared about it's how to get job done quick with no care.
Talked to the manager before but there isn't any useful feedbacks from him. Goes to the centre carpark every week, I found painful to watch the way that they "wash" customers' cars.

2 out of 5 for the following reasons.
Service: as you can see from the photo the front glass of my car was smooth and wasn't as Crystal Clear as I usually expect and usually get with my own car wash person in my own local area. In addition as you can see from the photo they left the wax on the top of my car and did not bother to simply do their job or run the polish into my car ;which meant I had to do it this morning when I was hosing my car with water. You can imagine how upset I was because I paid good money to get my car cleaned top to bottom.

Friendliness: 1 out of 5. When I went and paid for my car there was no thank you for coming here there was no friendly smile there was no walk over to my car to make sure I was happy as a first-time customer of this hand car wash and seeing that I don't normally come here I would think this would be a normal practice unfortunately it was not which is why I'm giving them a 1 out of 5.

Cleanliness; 2 out of 5 - on the surface the office looked ok overflowing bins but usual usual

X-factor- there is no X Factor to mention.
Overall disappointed even though I paid $20 less $80.00- compared with my guys that's not the point as a new customer you would think my job would be amazing sadly it was not hence why I give you a terrible rating of 2 out of 5.
Please take my comments on board and the boss of this Hand Car Wash GORDON please make sure you do quality checks on the guys work. Please like this post if you found it useful I do this for free and spend of lot of time doing reviews to inform the public.

Not even sure how they washed the car as they didn’t seem to be using water? Seemed like a very quick job. Not happy with results.

Absolutely terrible job - exterior and interior of car was left still visible dirty and I had to use the rag (which they left in my car) to finish the job when I got home. The long waiting period was not worth it at all, do not go here!
