Absolutely outstanding! Car detailed and ready for sale! Sold that afternoon. Car never looked better. Great pricing!

Payed $150 for a mini detail went to pick up the car found out side of car looking like hadn’t been washed at all dirt all over it still very poor quality of exterior wash but on a positive note they did do a good job on the inside of the car.

$85 basic wash. TERRIBLE job. Carpets still dirty, door trims not wiped or cleaned, seats not vacuumed. I didn’t expect the premium wash but the basic job should still be done well. Unfortunately it was not.
So now I find myself completing the job I paid them to do myself!

I cannot fault the service, price or quality of work. I cannot recommend Stars Figtree Grove any higher. They did an incredible detail on my 7 seater 4wd (2 kids). I will definitely go back again! Highly recommended!

One thing i didn't like - board at entrance said today's special was $10 off but then said not for the service I wanted! Premium wash.

I come here regularly now and always treated with kindness and professionalism. The whole team are very friendly and always quick with their work and efficient which is great for when you just have enough time to do some shopping at figtree but don’t want to wait around forever.
Their signature wash is only $65 and it’s amazing. My car was covered in sand and mud from my dog and they completely transformed my car in under an hour to look brand new and for only $65, this was inside and outside cleaning.

I had a lot of dog fur in my car from taking the dogs places, it was heavily in the actual car seats and they fully cleaned it inside and out and I’m so happy with the level of detailing. I’ll always come back:)

Had car washed and interior vacuumed. Noticed grime near drive selector that did not appear to have been cleaned at all. Disappointing after previous good service.

Was priced $35 over the phone for a basic exterior wash, but got quoted $65 when I dropped it off since it was quite dirty but the the overall wash was average, no attention to detail and wheels were not washed properly

I am so incredibly happy with my experience at Star Car Wash Figtree! I booked a full interior detail online and was able to change my booking when I needed too. The crew did an amazing job on my sand and dirt crusted car, and even did a great job washing the exterior. My car looks brand new. Will be back again!

I got a star polish clean which is a combination of exterior and interior clean. The exterior clean was just average. There were still dirt marks visible and the numberplate was also still dirty. My interior leather got some minor damage and finger print marks were visible over the chairs. Overall, a very average clean and I am a bit upset my interior got some minor damage. Would not recommend.

Was getting my car tidied up to sell, they did a thorough job on my car- wash, interior detailing, wax etc. Thankyou

The guys at star wash did a fantastic job! Made my car look brand new again. Also honest I left coins in the boot and didn’t have time to get it out they even put it back in my shopping bag I left. Definitely will use them again!

I asked for an external wash ($25) when I returned they cleaned the inside and outside at the ($55) price and said they’d give it to me for ($45) discounted as they’d made the mistake. I didn’t want this service as I was money cautious but ended up paying for that anyways only to when I got home the back of my car/boot section was still dirty. (Photos to prove) It put me in an awkward position not wanting to pay that but didn’t have a choice because they’d done that service. When all I wanted was a decent external wash and that didn’t really happen in the end. Abit disappointed, unsure whether it was on purpose for more money or a genuine accident?
