Horrible service. Overpriced and car was left looking like it was barely cleaned. Would not recommend. Had to continue to clean the car myself after leaving.

There are high chances you get some deep scratches on your car.
First I didn’t believe it but it has happened to me the past three times.
So lesson learned

This car wash is so bad. The staff are rude and do not know about Customer Service. It is so over priced $120 for a clean & vacuum. Never going back there again. I would recommend people do not go to this car wash.

Horrible work. Paid $100 for a mini detail on my hatchback and the interior wasn't even wiped down maybe slight dusted seats and a quick vacuum. The console was horrible not a spray or wipe down nothing was touched. The exterior was hardly washed I could wipe down dirt with my hands after on the sides. 0/10 this was the worst car wash I've been to. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and was desperate for a quick clean while running errands. Will not be back and definitely not recommending to anyone.

If there was a MINUS 10 star review you guys would get it hands down!

Perhaps you remember the young lady that was there yesterday that you charged $120.00 for her car to have a wash inside and out and a 'Mini detail" definitely MINI as I couldn't for the life of me see what was done!

There is no credibility at all. They took an exorbitant amount for washing my car at a lower than normal level. I had chosen an offer and paid a larger amount for them to do more than that, but they did not. I do not recommend them at all.

As usual, you are highly reluctant to try a new car wash, but I highly recommend this one. They fixed scratches and polish the car so well for such a cheap price. They did a fantastic job on the interior and exterior of the car for such a cheap price staff and the owner was so helpful And so knowledgeable that every question I had they answered and they did not let me leave until the car was perfect. Would highly recommend for any car enthusiasts definitely coming back. I would also highly recommend the polish. The owner is very skilled at polishing and restored my paint job.

Rude rude rude.
Car is genuinely clean. I feel they just took a look at the car and didn’t even try to clean it.
They didn’t even see dirt in the front seat while they were cleaning. Told the boss and he immediately cleaned the car himself. Even tried to be friendly with us after such a bad service. Never again.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been. They did not vacuum properly, out side of car and polish was very poor

This business should shut down ASAP. The workers here are seriously damaging the brand name of Star Car Wash. Extremely dishonest workers. You will see no difference between basic wash, polish or platinum. They cut every corner while “washing” your car and you’ll still find dirt inside your car as well as unwashed patches on your car’s exterior. If you are foolish enough to go to this place, at least make sure no valuables are left in the car. The workers steal coins from customer’s cars. Do not bother with this place. Biggest CHEATERS.

It’s been nearly 2 weeks and it’s been raining car is still as it was when I drove it out shiny and clean? I will definitely be back!

If i could leave this sorry joint 0 stars I would. I left my car with them and was advised it would take 1.5hrs which was fine. I called up after 1 hour 10mins to check if my car was finished and was told it was. When i went up, my car hadnt moved from where i parked it, turns out they had forgotten it and tried to convince me to wait 20mins for them to do it. No apology or acknowledgement that my time was wasted, in fact he seemed quite amused. 0/10 will not use again.

Highly unprofessional. Removed the baby seat didnot know how to put it back on.
Broke my Heater knob and then said it was missing before. When i spotted the broken pieces on floor started making dumb excuses. Paid 200$ and have to spend more on repair and car seat fixing. Do not recommend

Thw worst car wash I've ever visit I gave them the car like there's nothing on it just need a bit of wash when I've got it they made nothing for it the dust still on the back of the car + there were scratches all over the car the man was looking at me and just laughing now fixing the wrong job of them it's gonna cost me a lot I wish I visited the online website so I could see the reviews I don't recommend this place at all expensive for nothing if I can give * 0 * stars I would

New management Paid $70 which is an increase up around $10 for a medium SUV and they left out the boot not vacuumed. Usually i get the mats washed too but I don’t believe this happened, previous staff were more friendly. Discount voucher sent via sms couldn’t be used. Very rude i was on the phone and the guy harassed to pay. Have been a regular but definitely Not coming back!

Not a good car wash at all. My car was still dirty after the wash & clean, and I witnessed one of the workers who was vacuuming the inside of the car smoking a cigarette while doing so. When I confronted him about it, he gave me rude attitude and his worker laughed. Don’t recommend going here unless you’re in a rush and want a very basic job.

The team here always does a great job! Came here a few times. Although it's disappointing that didn't commit to the entertainment book voucher promotion, but the outcome of the platinum wash was great. Alwyas clean and impressed with their work

Requested for a wash inside and out, wax and engine wash for $120. Covered the engine with shiny material which was good buy the back of the engine and the hood not cleaned at all. Wash not done properly as there was no evidence of car shampoo on the place. I went to get money and when i came back the car was already dry. This is like within less than 10 minutes. Wax was not applied, i know because i was there. Didn’t clean the console and door panel. A small bottle of perfume missing from the rear door. Back seat not even vacuumed since there are still plastic beads left in the car. A basically MINI DETAIL as per quote ($120) was done in LESS THAN 30 minutes. Not going back again. And if there are enough complaints on this franchise, considering sending an email to the head office. False advertisement and unable to deliver promised services.

My car looks fantastic now, but I’m also disappointed about obvious spots that were missed considering the amount paid. There’s a glaring obvious large patch on the roof of the car that’s still dirty. The interior dash had a cleaning agent on it that makes it look dark and clean, but there were spots missed around the audio controls. The most concerning for me though is my audio speaker has started making a static sound since I picked it up. I don’t know if it’s related but it’s a rather coincidental. Maybe they put water in it or something? The steering wheel, seats and dash is still wet to touch a day after the clean. It feels oily and yuck. I’m going to have to get a rag and wipe it all down I think. They also left soaking wet floor mats in my boot to “dry” after cleaning. Finally, the customer service left a lot to be desired. When I finally found someone, I was largely ignored. The only good service I got was they opened my car door for me when I went to pick it up. Just a simple hi, welcome, how can we help today was missing and I felt like an idiot having to go search for someone to provide service on their own property when I arrived and when I had a concern after picking it up. I’d like to use the excuse that they were busy but I think I was the only customer there that day because it was raining. So in summary, did they do a good job? Yes. 95% of it was fantastic. But I’m left feeling let down about the rest. I got the most expensive package expecting the best. Hopefully my speaker fixes itself because the static sound is so loud it’s going to be disruptive to drive the car, not to mention the extra costs to get the dealer to investigate and fix.
