Absolutely disgusting I haven’t seen anything like ittt! My 5 year old does a better job! Dirt and sand still on the carpet, bottles in my car, my windows were dirtier then when I left it! DOO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLL!

Terrible service. The car park was too dark to see properly but they left my cup holders and doors dirty. They did a poor job on the exterior too leaving marks all over the windows, stains on the roof and didn’t even clean the back wheels. I paid for platinum service.very disappointed.

Paid $72 hoping to see a claean car but nope
I could have done it myself. When asked to "reclean" they just told me that its clean.

They clearly don’t know what a platinum service is. The car wasn’t even washed on the exterior or wiped inside. Go somewhere else

Terrible service. Got an inside and outside clean, but nothing was actually cleaned from the inside and was charged $72.

AirPods kept going missing every time they’d wash my car, lost about 3 pairs i Would come to this car wash once every 1-2 weeks. Also broke my toll holder thing and didn’t say anything, but would like to add they did a good job.

Went to this car wash and paid $60 just for a classic clean and came back with a horrible clean.please don’t go here for a car wash

I was in Westfield liverpool doing a few things and dropped my off to star car wash I will never go there again I asked for wash inside and out and when I picked it up it looked like they had done think to it very disappointed.

I will never return to this place again. It was the worst car wash I have ever paid for. The manager was rude and my car was dirty when I returned to collect it. But the worst thing of all was the Managers body odour was in my car for 2 days. OMG Disgusting.

They are okay at their job but not transparent with pricing and options add-ons for eg: buff and polish is just them smearing polish all over the car and wiping it off. When I wanted and expected a buff with a electric buffer like every other car washing place

Very disappointed with my interior clean. Still had to go home and re-vacuum it as it was barely touched. Hard to see the cleanliness aswell under the carpark so make sure you check with phone torch before giving them your money!

Never been so disappointed asked for polish clean inside out, however did not deliver. They just vacuumed the floor only and washed outside.did not even vacuum the seats and wipe the interior sent evidence via text message however did not reply. I do not recommend

Paid for a Premium wash and they locked the keys in the car made no attempt to contact me, only informing us after we came to collect it. Had to then wait for a family member to come bring our spare key while waiting with groceries and shopping.

Best part was no initial apologies for the inconvenience just a silly excuse blaming the car's security feature.

On top of that was a poor wash with the interior being only half done. Will not use again.

The customer service person is very rude, I said how are you but didn’t get any response and took my car keys. When I came back and checked my car, the rubbish was still there. The cupboard was not cleaned, the mat was dirty, I could still see the dust near the gear box, car boot was not not cleaned so I just had to leave the place without any argument. This is my second experience sake thing happened in February this year but I ignored at that time, thought they were busy that time but this time they only had 2 cars. Still didn’t do their job properly.

Paid $69 for the platinum wash and was very disappointed. Inside of car was not cleaned well at all, still had dust, and hadn’t been wiped at all. Had to ask to redo when I went to pick it up in which I waited an additional 20mins and still not satisfied. Manager was an arrogant gentleman and didn’t apologised. Won’t be going back to the Liverpool branch that’s for sure.

Found the person in charge very rude. Felt like I had annoyed him by asking to have my car cleaned. Car looked clean but when I got home and looked at it in the light of day I could see it was an average job. Not sure I'll be going back.

Was disappointed with the interior detailing. Marks on driver and passenger doors marked on dash. Obviously not detailed correctly or in a rush. Also around the petrol cap wasn’t cleaned.
I know you ask to inspect the vehicle. It’s a bit hard to detect these things when the vehicle is underground in poor lighting.

Best Star Carwash I have been too. They even know how to clean the windscreen on the inside. Super Impressed and will be back.

Reasonable car wash service but I had to wait for a bit at the counter to collect my car and pay. An employee did initially acknowledge my presence but it did take a while for someone to attend to me (it was not busy at the time). When I collected the car, there was still some bug and tar residue on the lower rear bumper, an employee did try to remove it but it didn't really come off.
