Star Car Wash

I have brought my car here several times this year. I have been pleased with their service every single time. They are quick and efficient and do an amazing job. My car is squeaky clean (literally) and smells amazing every time I pick it from them. Highly recommend!

I just each my car at casula mall charging me 90$ not good at all o never go back if you offer me free Wach very bad. And staff rude. That’s why not busy

Very disappointed! It looked like my toddle had cleaned my car. I had an angle that I have had for 17years from one of my kids in my car and it's now gone not only that they had broken the rubber from the tracks that my seats move on. Will never go back there again!

Took my SUV to them and was quoted 59.00 by attendant. Admittedly my dog had shredded hair in the back seat. The manager came over and asked the attendant had he quoted then I was told 120.00. I told them don't worry went to another service 90.00 and job done perfectly without needing detail never would I go back to star car wash and will jot be recommending if only there was -1

Paid for full detail, service is below average. Its same like a car wash and interior clean not detailing in anyway. The person on job said better to bring in middle of week rather on a busy day so we can do better job. Dont you charge the same! The place is so dark you wont notice much then. See pictures. Higly not recommended

Absolutely shocking, I specifically said to him take your time and charge what you want and my car turned out disgusting, wheels were still dirty swirl marks all over my car, charged 100 for him to play around with soap and stuff up my car.
Very disrespectful and scummy.
And anyone who knows how to upload photos please let me know because these guys need to be actioned upon asap!

Would never ever go here again! I took my partners car on Monday while he was at work and when i got the car back, all his wiring was pulled out of his dash and there was still dirt in the car and over the seats.
We have now noticed that all his plastics and side steps have turned white so whatever they have used has worn off and stained it all

Found dirt on rims even after they washed!
Very highly-priced rather than the detailing!

Site banners offer $20 express wash except the express wash is $29, want a vacuum as well? That’s gunna cost you another $40, thats right $69 for a wash and vacuum!

Middle of the day and the business was void of customers, and no wonder why.

You cannot draw customers in with $20 wash only to charge them $69, its just not cricket mate and pretty sure its misleading and deceptive conduct.

My Vehicle was washed so badly.
Paid $35 to wash outside.
Don't recommend to anyone.

Was told it would cost $70 to clean only the inside of my car…. Took my car somewhere else for $55 they washed the outside and cleaned inside and added an air freshener.

I didn't get my car washed there. So why am I reviewing?
I asked the price for a $33 star wash, and the 33 became 45, and add another 20 because the interior was dirty. Yes, I have kids, but it wasn't anywhere near as bad as the photo, so I said we'll skip the boot, and were even (I had a boot full of stuff)
Then they wanted a surcharge for the outside,
Well wash your cR and charge you a surcharge.and more.because it's dirty? Only normal highway dirt.
Shame on you. They were very quiet, so clearly didn't need the money. That's Sydney for you

Got stung with extra charges because it was extra dirty, but to be fair it did need a good clean! Great results.

Attended Star CarWash Casula yesterday, I was happy with the wash. However very disappointed that I had money stolen from my glove compartment. When approaching the gentlemen about it he knew exactly where they had put it and went and returned it to me. However very concerning when leaving your car in hands of thieves. I will most definitely not be returning and have informed my network about this experience.
