They'll try to rip you off, apparently tiny droplets of bird poo don't come off with a regular wash. You'll need to do a full detail essentially

Although they are fast, cleaning wasn't good. I told them to repeat vaccuming the dirt they left behind, they did but still not good. I would have cleaned it better myself. Definitely not going back!

We’ve been having our car service here few times and couple occasions it wasn’t vacuumed properly and we let them know. The guys who normally do our car was nice so we keep bringing the car but, last time was a disaster! The so called “boss” doesn’t take accountability on there mistakes of leaving the car unclean with scratches. Very unprofessional and no commonsense at all with his reasoning.

Worst. They left scratches on our car after polishing. But doesnt take responsibilty at all. No professionalism, just awful.

Great job in cleaning my car. However, a bit over zealous in wiping. They broke sentimental ornament in the car thati had from when i bought the car. I witness the attendant trying to glue it back. When i collected the car, instead of letting me know, he pretended nothing happened. Until i ask him is everything ok. He nodded until he realised i must have seen him then said yes. He apologies, let me know he broke my ornament. It no longers moves because he super glued it. I know accidents happens. However, instead of being honest himself, i had to catch him out. Not a great experience.

I'm super impressed with this place. My car was spotless when I picked it up, well worth the money I spent and it took less than an hour as well. I will definitely be going back to get my car washed, vaccumed, and polished.

Its clean and fast service. However, I bought highest detailing for my car and paid more than 300$ for paint protection package, while my friend paid 90$ for car wash for his car. Honestly, i cant find any differences between of these services. I hope scarches to be reduced but not at all.

I gave my car for wash and it was not cleaned at all on the bottom area of the car. I had to clean it myself later on. Not recommended to anyone.

I lost my e-tag when I send my car in this shop. Also my appointment is at 12pm, they start to wash my car at 2pm. Bad service and bad behaviour

Booked online for an early morning car wash in the weekend. Staff were already and plenty of parking available. A little hard to find if you are going in from the other entrance (not off Parramatta Road), however once you find it, it's okay. Car was clean and was ready within the designated time.

Will NEVER go again.
Car interior was still dirty, you don't realise until you drive outside.nothing was wiped down, Interior windows weren't cleaned but had charged me platinum service.
Went straight back to complain and was told car was given star service by mistake.even so.exterior mirrors were still dirty.
Pathetic.

Excellent car wash and interior vacuum and clean. Car feels brand new and looks great. I highly recommend Star Car Wash at Lidcombe Shopping Centre.

They expect your car to be in already clean condition to clean your car for the regular fee

Disappointing. Paid $60 for platinum wash, but the car wasn't wiped down or vacuumed properly.

We asked for wash, interior vacuuming and wiped. Costing us $65 cash.
Upon closer inspection in daylight, The wash was poorly done, vacuum was not done properly and no wiping of interior. My husband had to redo when we got home. Won’t be using this service again.

I paid $69. But under the car mat so dirty and dashboard they didn't wipe.please don't waste money.

It was the 35 dollars one, and not that happy with exterior cleaning spots and dirt on window can be still viewed.

The two gents were lovely and their attention to detail was top shelf.

Paid $65 for nothing. Both interior and exterior were below standard. Will never come back.
