Star Car Wash

I paid $95 dollars for a wash, they left the door open from morning to afternoon causing my battery to go flat of which I had to pay to have an NRMA associate to come out and start the car again.
No apology from the owner, no discount, and my car was not even cleaned properly, there were bug marks and streaks still all up the front and windows of my car.
Will never go back, have told my friends to never go back and I work in the centre so I will definitely not be recommending to my customers.

When I picked the car up from being washed and vacuumed there were water run marks all over the vehicle and fabric filaments from the cloths they use all over the car. I was the only customer at 8.30 in the morning so this can only be attributed to poor attention to detail. For $50 I could have done a better job myself

Left the carpets and seats very wet after an internal clean. So wet that there were pools of water in the footwell. Had to spend about an hour drying it with towells and then had to leave in sun to dry.
Not what i expected.

An average car wash device. Always leave a little disappointed with the clean and attention to detail with things like windows and wiping over the interior.
Customer service isn’t particularly friendly either.
The reason I use it is because I have an old car that I can’t wash and vacuum at home and it’s convenient to be able to shop while it’s being done.

This was the worst car wash I’ve ever had!
It took over 2 hours to do, they didn’t vacuum under the mats or the seats, they didn’t clean the consul or dash board, the outside had dirt still in all the door seals and around the car in general, the car wasn’t dried off at all. When I asked the guy about all these issues, he replied that “maybe I parked under a tree! ”
I honestly wondered what I paid for!
Not happy, I wouldn’t recommend going there.

Looking to sell my van and they cleaned and polished my van inside and out including cargo area.

Quick, thorougher job, car came back sparkling, cheap and staff were helpful and happy to spray out back of Ute on request (I previously put belongings in there therefore not able to access)
Would go again!

The car was spotless and looked great. We asked if the car could be finished within the hour and they made sure it was. The guy we spoke with just needed a personality!

Could do a better job myself in less time, very mediocre job and they have clearly used acid based cleaners that have wrecked my paintwork.

I will not be going back. They did not wash the car properly and actually left scratches on it. Previous time did not clean the windows. Totally hopeless.

Whet and got my car washed, streak marks all over it and my mags were black on them now they are showing silver they have stripped the black off them now I am going to have to strip them so they don’t look blotchy. Never again will I get my car washed from them.

These guys hands down, are the entire reason why I went to my local Automative store and bought hundreds worth in car washing supplies and accesories. If you want a job done properly you do it yourself. I specifically instructed the staff to go easy on my fragile decals on the car, but they didnt listen and caused the decal to peel. I also had my pants discolour due to whatever leather conditioning product they use on the seats. Do not go here, or to any other Star franchise as they are all run the same

First time using this car wash service. Good overall experience though waiting time was longer than expected even though I booked in advance. Friendly staff.

I have been using Star Car Wash since I moved to Northern Beaches in 2016. I have found the guys at Warriewood to be very professional and courteous. Great service!

Convenient in parking station at shopping centre. We were told it’d be a hour and a half and it was that. Nice staff and a good wash job.

The service here is terrible. We turned up at 10.30 was asked how long we would be at the shops for told them an hour and was asked if we could wait an hour and a half which we said we would do. After an hour and a half we come back and our car had not been touched at all. When we said to the guy not to worry we would leave and take our business elsewhere he said just give me 10 - 15mins and it will be cleaned.so we would have paid $65 for a 10 - 15 minute job. Then he accused us of not turning up at 10.30 and not giving him the full hour and a half. However, when he looked at his phone he quickly went quiet (ZERO apologies given) and commented we had actually arrived at 10.25am. Very disgusted by the customer service. We will never return to a star car wash again

Bit of a let down. $80 wash and polish on my X5 and there were still marks all over it. It was also still wet when I picked it up. Not sure I'll be back.

If there is a minus rating this place will get it.worst experience ever my car was not washed properly the staff are rude and for the price they are charging is not worth it.my car got damaged and when I showed the marks on my range rover they denied it.

These guys are the best! I've been to a few different Star Car Washes and not had a good experience, however the Warriewood team are excellent.

Nice guys running the business, and finished the job much quicker than planned. However, vital spots were missed and I had to ask them to specifically go over things, including asking about the very wet car mats! I would have appreciated more car care advice, like "when you get home leave your windows open so the wet mats dry" or something rather. It was very in and out with little attention to detail, and I paid $55 for the Platinum Wash.
