I had given up on getting large stains off our carpets from dogs and spills. It took minimal time to change my mind, they all look like new which means I won't have to replace which would have cost thousands. Thanks so much! We will definitely use on a regular basis.

Very pleased with the job that was quite a challenge. It took two goes to get the carpet, as clean as possible but the price was still very reasonable.

Really disappointed with the work done. There are lines in the carpet where obviously the product used has cleaned in a line & then the rest hasn’t been cleaned at all. When I contacted them to have a look at the carpet just got messaged “ok” & have not heard anything in reply. Definitely will NOT recommend at all.

Paul did an exceptional job on my carpets. Was totally amazed how clean they looked! Would highly recommend and plan to use him again in the future.

As suggested by my property manager, I contacted this guy to clean my carpet and fumigate the house (I had my dog staying) before my tenancy finished.
He quoted my $290 for a small 2 bedroom house. No problems here.

Aside form this, a few days later I noticed a wasp nest had built in the walls of the house, and the wasps had found a way to make it into the house. I contacted this guy again, who charged another $250 to fumigate and deal with the nest.

3 days later, the wasps were back. After notifying him, he said he was busy and could come back after the weekend to finish the job. I didn't hear from him since, and my kind landlord completed it himself. Not a good start.

After moving out, Stain Busters came in to clean the carpets and fumigate the house, as arranged. My interpretation of cleaning the carpets included vacuuming as well as cleaning. This guy did not vacuum. The result was that some dog hairs have now been blown onto the skirting boards and walls, resulting in a quote of around $700 to fully clean the house from top to bottom.

Maybe this is my own stupid fault for assuming the vacuuming was included in the price of cleaning. Or maybe the carpet cleaner was an absolute idiot and "cleaned" the carpets whilst not caring for the consequences of cleaning. Probably both.

If you have a dog staying on your rental property, don't make the same mistake I made. Vacuum your carpets, and don't assume the carpet cleaner will do it.

Finally, if you find a wasp nest in your home, again, don't book Paul at Stain Busters. He never came to finish the job. Disappointing.
