So they advertise appointments within 48 hours and installs within 14 days. First appointment was made 10 days after contact. Took the morning off work for it and had a no show. Contacted them and they rebooked another 8 days later. Got a call day before that they couldn’t make and rebook. So booked for 12 days later and get another call changing the time from the agreed 8am to the afternoon but this time not suitable so forget it.

Within a day of requesting a quote, I had a quote in-hand for a system that suited my needs and within my budget. Within a day of accepting the quote I had an air conditioner installed. The team at Stag were friendly, punctual, helpful, had good communication, got the job done quickly and even tidied up my courtyard for me when they were done to the point that it looks better than when they arrived. Very happy so far with the service received.

Great company to work with. Highly recommended. Jason provided a quick and well priced quote and was always available for questions. The install guys did a fantastic job, taking around a day to install.

We had a split system installed into our master bedroom and from time I was quoted to the installation day (only delayed by rain) the workmanship and professional of this company and its workers was to the absolute highest standard.

Big thanks to Michael, Forbes (and the lackeys) for doing an incredible job installing the AC unit at my home.

Not only were they nice as pie, they were more than happy to explain what they were doing and how they were doing it (I understand the zoning now, thanks!)

Not to mention, assisting us with some different downlights in the kitchen even though that's not what they attended for!

The price is competitive, but I'd be happy to pay these guys again just for the can-do, positive, down to earth attitude and that really says something about a business.

The team at stay are true professionals. Dan came and gave us a quote for solar on the Friday and it was installed on the Wednesday they also recommended we needed to upgrade our board as it had old ceramic fuses. Now we have a new updated board along with a very nice solar system. They will be back this week to install 3 split systems. If you need anything electrical done don't hesitate to call stag.
