Myself and a lot of other men and women are working at this place for one agency but let's say out of 20 of the people that I work with only 2 are from this one agency staff Australia. I was shocked to hear that these 2 people are getting paid more than the rest of us but we all do the same work.

Absolutely ridiculous the amount of paperwork that you need to fill. Also service is horrible! The reception has no idea why they need all this identification when I asked the question as into why they need my passport birth certificate and citizenship certificate.

Also very dead environment not inviting at all. First and last time I will ever come here and definitely won’t recommend this place if you are looking for employment.

I don't appreciate calling up and asking if there's work available and being told there's nothing for me to do and then checking Seek and seeing Staff Australia making listings for jobs in my area, must be a real dry job market I guess.

Don't bother with this mob, they don't care how you are treated so long as you keep bringing in the money for them. Disgusting ethics, rude staff that think they are better than you.

I had a job to attend a week after interview, Till cancellation on the following Friday. Then come on the day send a message at 8: 30 in the morning to attend at 10: 00 when I asked for at least 2 days noice very unprofessional in my opinion.

Good people and really supportive staff. Overall no problem with payment and really Caring staff really happy to be with staff Australia.

I signed up with Staff Australia only to never hear from them ever again. I never received one phone call about any jobs. I called Staff Australia myself inquiring about a position that they advertised on seek and reaffirmed that I was ready and available but I never heard back from them at all.

I only received 2 weeks worth of work and after that they stop calling me and they always got my pay wrong even though i signed in and signed out every time

Pros:
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Cons:
They treat you like a number not an employee
They play around with your hard earned money and refuse to pay you
They waste your time
You have to deal with a bunch of brainless people

Watch your payslips and entitlements carefully. This company recently lost its Woolworth's contract due to not paying correct overtime rates. Employees are still seeking their entitlements.

When you call on reception they don't give perfect answer even they disconnect our call without listening our problems.
Go and find better agency

My experience with this Staff Australia Recruitment is they don't keep records within a 1 or 2 years or so. You come in and fill out forms and watch videos of Work Safety which you watch it in every Recruitment agencies. I was going in for a induction at Staff Australia Recruitment not the job site itself. As I got into Staff Australia Recruitment agency which I was only 10mins late the reception lady said the induction is over I said I'm only 10mins late and I said but I'm only here to register and the reception lady goes it was at 10am. I'm like with all the other agencies even if you call in late you still fill out forms and wait till if the employer will take in more people to work. After that she asked me to come in for the next day for the induction. I'm like hell no I'll keep going to other Recruitment agencies.

Useless agency, half the time they don't know what they are doing like a bunch of headless chickens. I have had short pay for 2 months with only a couple of those weeks been correct. Their consultants are a bunch of idiots. How do you get written up for having 3 days off over 7 months all with doctors certs is beyond me. All the staff in the office just talk rubbish and giggle all day like school girls.
