I see Dr Nazar Aldouri an he is absolutely wonderful very honest a thorough with his appointments, I've been seeing him for 3.5 years and his always been able to assist and investigate an medical concerns even taking a holistically approach especially if your not a fan of prescription medications.

They have a nurse which is absolutely lovely and will do your blood pressure height and weight so as a new patient you have a baseline.

Dr Al-Douri is an excellent diagnostician. He has been spot on every time I have seen him. He is genuinely caring, kind, friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of health and various illnesses. He is very kind and down to earth with extremely helpful advice. All the secretaries are very lovely and extremely helpful also.

There is not a very long waiting time which is very nice and Catherine (the nurse) is absolutely lovely. I never feel rushed and Dr Al-Douri explains everything very well and thoroughly. He knows a great deal and has always been the first to diagnose me even before the Specialists do. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Located in the heart of St Marys Village with heaps of parking spots available and close to the Medical centre, The whole place is so clean, tidy and there is no rushing as usually happens in everywhere now, Receptionist Mona is so nice and helpful.
I have seen Dr. Anas who met us with a great smile and made it fun and was on point on everything.
We took our time with the dr without rushing and we finally found a place that is close with professional doctors and bulk billed as well.

Dr Tara is a knowledgeable, professional and caring GP. She treats patients very well. I highly recommend her practice.

The lady doctor is very misleading when I saw her face to face only to get all my information transferred to her and called me up to tell me she can't help me, waste of time would not recommend this place to anyone.

Mona is a great staff member, always polite and friendly, very good with time management.

1 star for receptionist. Hard to understand both in person and over the phone due to accent and mumbling.

My sons 6 week vaccination was not uploaded onto government website by this clinic. Upon finding out 12 months later I called the clinic straight away - was provided false information by the receptionist that I could do this myself through Medicare as long as I come pick up a print out of his record, called Medicare to which I was advised I do not have authority only clinical nurses do. Receptionist then said she has done nothing wrong and she would not organise the nurse to call me back to fix their mistake I have to call them myself once again. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, misinformation and purely not having the job done right in the first place.

Dr Nazar Al-Douri is an amazing Doctor! Very friendly, very patient and very humble. I am 24 and I presented to him earlier this year with a whole list of issues that ruined my year, he has done a lot for me that I can confidently enter the new year feeling absolutely great! He treats you like an individual, not like a regular patient. He doesn’t talk to you for 5 minutes, give you the wrong diagnosis and script, and then say goodbye like most doctors do. When I visited him for the second time he actually remembered me straight away! Most doctors still can’t even remember me, even after 10 visits. He actually cares about his patients, and he doesn’t like his patients to worry and/or stress. He makes a perfect family Dr as well, because I also bring my partner & daughter to him and he is great especially for my daughter because he has daughters too! I would recommend my Dr to anybody and I will never see a different GP Dr again.
