St Ives Showground

Awesome place to take kids. Great climb frame for 4+ kids and big space for toddlers to run around and play too

Very nice park with a variety of rides and walking trails. Conveniently located right off the motorway with parking spots right in front of the playground. Treetops is right next to the playground and is a highly recommended visit for those who come to this playground to make the most out of their trip. However make sure you prebook Treetops as they mostly run fully booked. The playground however had too many flies so make sure you apply insect spray before you go.

Much better now the roads and parking have been resurfaced.

Very very very muddy when wet.

Avoid parking on anything but tarmac'd areas

I visited the showgrounds for a COVID test, which was efficient, but this is certainly one of my more weird 5* reviews

I took the kids to the BIGGEST inflatable parcours / showground / thematic park.
I don't know how you call it but it was SUPER COOL!
we had an absolute ball! Yes! Yes! I got in and you would to if you only dared stepping in! It's worth it! I'll have very rare opportunities to live that with my children. Seeing them that happy was the PURE JOY for me too!

Such a great place for a day out with kids. We went to Treetops, and then headed off to the market every Sat. Just love it!

Great venue for many activities, picnics, events, hiking, tree tops, the list of activities here is never ending really. We visited for the Big Bounce event, and it was amazing, plenty of room for the actual events, and also parking. Only entry and exit so prepare for a wait if it's a busy event or day.
Very glad wecame here, with all the facilities you need on hand close.

I went there at evening to attend a meeting before I went for a volunteering. I went there by Bus and it was pitch black then, there were no street lights to reach my destination. I was afraid to move front. Fortunately one car's light showed the way to the meeting place.

Nice playground for kids - flying fox, swings, big slides, merry go rounds, and most importantly.toilets!

The kids play areas are awesome and the markets are great as well.
New cafe looks basic, but hopefully is better than it looks.

The only problem is the traffic, besides, it's a good place for families especially for kids

Really great park with tonnes of stuff like an rc course, ovals, rc crawler pit, a huge playground, and what k think is a soon to be new treetops place. The monthly car meet is also very lively and I would definitely recommend checking it out

We went to the treetops course inside the showground but there is also two large free playgrounds that are very recently renovated and have a large range of play equipment there. Excellent location for kids.

Great playground, kids love it. Parking at the actual park is in short supply however it's a big place and parking within a few 100m's is easy. Started using the small dog parks recently, a bit muddy but a great concept and great for seperating our puppy from larger dogs.

Great place to take my dog who loves to run in the off leash area and meet other doggy friends!

This shop has an excellent position I was a little disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. We waited an hour and a half 4 fish and chips. The waitress was friendly and polite.

Great events planned by KuRingGai council. Open space. Great experience with the outdoor movie attended in Jan 2022

For the car nuts, first Sunday of every month, show n shine event, more cars than you ever wanted to own!

MTB tracks, pump track, nice for picnics, recommended.
