I was surprised by the low quality service I received here with such high prices. Will never go again.

I have every confidence in this medical practice and the Drs are caring and extremely professional…. Great service with the surgery open all week to help when we need them most. It’s comforting to know they are local and open 7 days.

Dr Mahajan is an experienced GP takes an interest in your problems and explains in a language you understand.
I must mention his team,! You are made to feel very comfortable on arrival, Lisa the receptionist is outstanding. An excellent practice for all your medical needs.

I have been so lucky to be looked after not only by Dr Mahajan but the front desk (Lisa, a gem) since arriving back from the UK, they actually listen and help, you don't feel rushed out the door like in the UK. So from me, huge thanks and thoroughly recommend the practice.

I have been treated by Suhas for over 8 years now.
When I first visited him, I found him very empathic and listened carefully to my issues.
He sorted out the issues for me.
I have now moved over 25km away but I still see go to him.
Now he still checks my health and addresses any health issues.it is now more like visiting friend.

My experience at St Ives medical centre has always been better than first class. The warm, friendly and caring office staff are only surpassed by the exemplary medical expertise of Dr Mahajan who has been my doctor and friend for more than 10 years.

Very expensive to begin with! Simple skin check with higher than the already expensive quoted cost without being advised. Seemed to just want you out of there as quickly as possible.

We joined this practice recently after our GP retired and honestly have felt so looked after. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with care and concern. Nothing is too much trouble and we always leave feeling looked after. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Overall very positive experience. Staff were friendly, Mona was especially helpful. They were efficient but also gave us the time we needed and the waiting room was pleasant, a clean and tidy environment.

Efficient, quick to engage and an excellent professionally run practise. Would not hesitate to recommend Mona and the team to anyone who needs any medical treatment.

Nice staff, useless doctor. Rushed to get you out of the room as fast as possible while barely showing any concern for the patient.

I phoned for my second dose of Pfizer vac, the lady said it’s not possible for me to get it after 3 weeks as I would get sick?
I told her that the Centre in the city sent a text we can go there for our 2nd dose why not here in St Ives? She had an accent and to be honest was just rude and did not want to help or listen.
She has no idea what she is doing if she is telling people they can’t have it after 3 weeks cause they’d get sick?
I’m amazed at the incompetence.

I met Dr Mahajan when he was practising for a short while at Norwest Business Park. When that came to an end I was loathe to lose him & now travel quite a distance to visit him. I find St Ives Medical a very friendly & professional practice & would recommend their services without a second thought.

Dr Mahajan is precise, practical, patient and empathetic with his explanations. I travel for 40 mins to go to his practice and have been for over 15 years. Very experienced - highly recommend.
