I’m super disappointed with the treatment given to me as a patient at the clinic. I had a flare of psoriasis post pregnancy and went to see dr Moreno. After the first consult i was told I was not a ‘severe’ case although sent to do UV therapy which I followed for the next 3 months. At the post treatment check up, I waited over an hour later than my appointment time to see the dr. I advised that I had seen some improvement, other parts seemed worse and my nails and scalp were worsening. I was told ‘that’s the nature of psoriasis and others are worse off than you so I would be happy’. After poking and questioning further for topical prescriptions to manage my scales I was given some (after requesting previous prescriptions that has worked in the past). I was speedily rushed out with little care. I paid $250 for this follow up (of approx 10min) and left feeling that I wouldn’t never be able to feel normal in my skin.

I followed up with another specialist at a dermatologist nearby who gave me a completely different assessment. I was advised I failed UV treatment based on the appearance of my lesions. I was given a set plan to take certain medications in the hope to internally cure my psoriasis. What a relief, I felt like someone cared about my symptoms and action was being take to heal my skin.

I’m so disappointed with the outcome of the dermatologist and would caution anyone that attends an appointment. A waste of both time and money!

My only positive note is the great service by the receptionists and nurses on hand who made my weekly visits easy and pleasant.

I have been seeing Dr Shumack who has been very helpful with my condition. After seeing another specialist for over a year with no satisfaction. He is friendly and explains what is happening and about the different medications. I'm finally starting to heal thank you.

Esther Hong is a brilliant compassionate Doctor. The service staff are also great. This place has recieved some unfair reviews it seems.

Avoid at all cost! Paid $$$$ for less than 15 minute consult with Dr Esther Hong only to be referred to another specialist! Had I known that we're not gonna get anything from her we should have just gone straight to the specialist they want us to go to. What a waste of money

Dr Alvin chia should listen and connect with the patient not rushing you out the door with a piece of paper that stated the issue. Would not go back to this doctor.

They are an amazing team of professional doctors and nurses here. A. Professor Stephen Shumack is a very caring attentive doctor who would go out of his way to help you with all the issues.

Staff talking to each other.longer waiting time. Find other place if possible rather than this place.

Excellent service from the admin team to the nursing staff to Dr Andrew Lee who I think were all professional and provided an outstanding service to their patients. Highly recommend.

Admin lady wanted to charge me money for not bringing a mask when no confirmation text was sent to my number with the details supposedly. Was sent to some random number that was not even close to mine. Don’t know where that number came from. St George dermatology had previously sent me texts in the past but now to some other number randomly. Scammers. $240 for moles to be removed & now have to pay for a mask on top. It’s not the money it’s the principle.
By the way 35 days 0 corona cases in nsw & masks are not mandatory. Place is trying to make extra money from people during a pandemic haha flops

I have been treated at this clinic for many years now and have recommended a number of family of friends. All of the staff I have interacted with have been professional and have answered my questions and concerns respectfully using appropriate language. The administration staff have always been friendly and helpful. During my recent visit I felt safe and comfortable as all Covid restrictions and policies were adhered to by administration staff. Would highly recommend this centre.

Receptionist were constantly coughing without covering her mouth during COVID crisis. Upon entry it does state please leave if you have the following symtoms -Cough.

I have been treated in the past by Dr Stephen Shumack. He's quick and efficient and direct and to the point which i like. I didnt like those cold showers that he asked to have though. Nice friendly atmosphere.

Very poor costumer service, staffs were busy talking with them while serving and even didn't check whether the cards has been tapped or not. After a year I got a mail from collection team saying that my bill is due to pay, they nearly played up with my credit history. I would not recommend anyone.

Absolutely appalling centre, avoid at all costs. Dr Moreno performed unnecessary procedures without detailing the costs and then gave me an enormous bill at the end. I wrote an email asking to explain why the procedures were performed as I couldn't afford to pay, they had come back with no additional information and the cream I was supplied fixed the problem within 3 days. I heard nothing from the clinic, only from a debt collector who demanded I pay immediately. I called the centre and spoke to the manager who, after I explained my situation, said "we don't like people who don't pay, goodbye" and hung up on me. I'm still reeling from that phone call. The clinic and Dr Moreno should be ashamed of themselves.

I highly recommend Dr. Bruno Blaya-Alvarez. I had two appointments with him and he helped me put in a place an effective strategy to manage a chronic skin condition. His examinations are very thorough and he takes the time to explain things clearly. My experience has clearly been v different compared with some of the negative reviews I'm just seeing now - front desk staff were actually very polite and welcoming with me.

The doctors I saw didn’t show much patience and the whole process felt rushed. I asked about a skin condition and was not closely looked at. Walked out feeling ripped off. Reception was nice to deal with though
