We've been using SSLTrust for a few years now and it's been such a pleasant experience.

We have a pretty unique setup and we need help from customer service every so often for our multiple certificates. Paul has been extremely helpful and responsive.

I was utterly and totally confused, even buying the wrong type of SSL Certificate that I needed. Trying to work out the intricacies of Wildcard SSL for 3 Servers has been a two week adventure into an area of Domain security that I have never had to venture into in the past.

Spending money with our registrar for SSL certs was the wrong way to go first up.

Once I found SSL Trust, purchasing and setting up SSL was easy, I just didn't know enough about Sub domains and wildcards to get the right one.

Emailing SSL Trust to gain assistance and clarity on what I needed on a Friday evening and having the best support and advice come back within the hour was quite simply, refreshing and unexpected. A bit of back and forth between Paul and myself sorted out any questions I had and gave me the instructions to get exactly what I needed - outstanding!

Paul organised for the incorrect SSL to be cancelled and credited which was a nice bonus and helped me feel better that I hadn't wasted money on the wrong certificate unlike the registrar who can't cancel or credit.

I won't be doing a lot of SSL Certificates in the future but I have found the one company that I will use when I need to, SSL Trust!

We have ordered an code signing certificate from SSLTrust. Validation was a bit tricky in our case (because of reasons not related to SSLTrust), so had to contact support. The service was exceptional and just a local phone call away. We first spoke to Paul - an experienced and knowledgeable person, who was very helpful and friendly. He then followed up with emails and kept an eye on our case, in timely manner. With Paul's help we managed to get this accomplished and get our certificate. I recommend SSLTrust for all Australian customers and will certainly use their service again.

There were incorrect details in our DUNS record which caused confusion with the CA. The SSLTrust team assigned a personal technical support team to our account and they worked continuously to provide a quick and effective solution.

We recently ordered a wildcard certificate through SSLTrust and were having some issues getting the domain validated. After emailing support, I had a reply within 10 minutes which got our initial issue resolved, however as it turns out the certificate we ordered wouldn't fulfil our needs. SSLTrust not only immediately refunded the certificate but assisted us in getting the replacement certificate validated as soon as possible. Emails were always answered promptly and there was never any run around.

Being able to pay for certificates in Australian Dollars and having support located in the same time zone as we are makes dealing with them so much easier. I haven't seen this level of service from *any* other certificate provider, and just to put icing on the cake, they were cheaper than ordering the certificate directly from the provider. For the level of service and assistance we got, I'd still recommend them even if they were more expensive than going direct to the provider.
