My CX5 has red soul crystal paint and from what I read it's one of the most difficult colour to match but SR Smash nailed it. Amazing work guys.

They put the deal on Groupon only to then tell they are not accepting groupon vouchers and make you lost a lot of time to get the refund. Very disappointing.

Beautifully serviced. I was a bit surprised to know the cost which was way below than my expectation and the quality of service was simply perfect. Understanding the nature of my work and the time frame they took to fix my car, it would be very very unjustified not to give them a big thanks and appreciation. Well done.

THEY ALMOST BURNT MY CAR!

I went there after seeing 90% of good reviews and now noticed they are mostly under similar names. In my opinion, they shouldnt even operate!

They overfilled the engine oil on my perfectly running AUDI by more than a litre that could have easily caused an engine fire if I didnt notice the smell. My car started shaking badly the next day and wouldnt go above 10km/h!

I had to go there three times after a simple oil change and regular check service and my car was UNUSEABLE for 3 weeks! This is even after the full car checking package including the safety inspection slip just for the car to eventually break down.

My friend took a car there on the same day as well and 1 day after had severe brake pad sounds! Now she cant drive either for her safety.

Their excuses to when we called them for help and visited them -

- ARE YOU BLAMING US FOR BAD SERVICE? (Shouting)
- Oh your car is too old so it will keep causing issues.
- For any after service you need to pay the same amount again. Doesnt matter if it happened the next day.
- They did not write down the oil name and parts they used on the invoice (which they must!). When I opted to take a picture of the engine oil and coolant container which the mechanic was holding for me so that after a few months I can top off my oil, the admin said "You took photos of our engine oil container so we can call the police".

They also charged me 30$ extra on the first day by mistake and then fixed it only after I noticed. I am lucky i got a refund from groupon and went for a real shop who brought it to the previous condition after getting rid of their oil, flushed and changed the parts completely.

I fixed my scratch car in this place, just beautiful service from the start to finish and I’m so happy with the result. I trust this place for my next service, keep it up with beautiful service:) Thank you.

Paint was peeling off my car at a rapid rate. For years I wanted to do something but wasn't sure how to go about it. S R smash repairs popped up on my radar, gave me some great advice and looked for the best option for me so that I didn't over capitalise on the value of the car.
I got a complimentary car for the week, as well as a vacuum.
And the painting result? Amazing! I couldn't be happier. It was so worth it.
All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I'm switching to have my servicing done here from now on.
