That is not true, I was there at 3.20 waited for over half hour, I knocked on the door couple of times called both numbers over 10 times with no response, I will not be coming back to you, please do not lie about having someone there where there wasn't

I was referred to SPS by my colleague. There was lot of confusion about the state my building was in. One knowledgeable staff from SPS helped me through the process and made this a very informative and cost effective process to complete by Annual Fire Safety Statement. Excellent service from SPS Fire and safety. The tech was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. He was professional, polite and answered all our questions. A pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending SPS to anyone.

Had an inspection done and did not pass due to a few requirements which was ok as we understood what needed to be done in order to pass. We then fixed these using our own electrician and they then told us we needed something else done which wasn't in the report but just noted down as bullet points on an email. We are ok with having to get this up to compliance but not add in something after the second time you have come out. Another point is the guy was meant to come out at 4pm and then turned up at 2: 30pm, never spoke to myself and put our workers lives at risk by turning on a switch which made everything in the building live (this is something we will be escalating). We are already dealing with Covid and trying to stay afloat and then the stress of having a fine from the council for 4K due to this is just unprofessional. We employed them to help us tell us what is wrong not to have to come out 3 times due to them not telling us the first time. I believe that because we didn't use their services to fix our lights they are now making it difficult for us to pass.
