Was very hopefully with this recruitment company, after being with bigger recruitment agencies and not hearing back or just left hanging. I was given the impression in the interview because they were smaller they would be more helpful. They were very nice through the first stage interview process, very thorough, seemed genuinely interested and seemed on the ball. But after that, didn’t hear much from the girl I interviewed with and even followed up but nothing else since.

I have been in contact with many recruiters and agencies and can honestly say Sprint People are by far the best I’ve experienced. I’m frequently kept up to date with how things are progressing, I feel I have been professionally represented and I’m in experienced hands. Sprint People are the best recruitment company that I have dealt with. I have dealt with many of the bigger recruitment companies but honestly they don’t care about where they place you or I felt more like they didn’t care about me as a client as I had a criteria of what I wanted my next job to be. I think the bigger companies found that hard, as they just wanted to place me anywhere. Sprint People are helpful, honest and actually care about what job you want. Their motive is not to just place you in any job but the job that is suited to you. Rhiannon was the person I dealt with. I had applied for a job that they were looking after, when she called me back she was very honest with me, letting me know that my experience was a bit low for what they were looking for. However, she wanted to meet to see how she could further assist me. When I met with her she was very friendly and it did not seem like I was getting interviewed but more having a chat about my past career and where I wanted my career to go. This is something that not any other recruitment company had done with me. Normally they just get me to talk them through my CV. I find that the way Rhiannon conducted the meeting meant she saw where my skills and experiences came from and she also saw where I wanted to go. This meant I was only getting calls about jobs I wanted, not like other recruitment company who would call me about jobs that I had no interest in. Once Rhiannon found a job opening that met my criteria, she did everything possible to get me in front of the right people. She also did research so that I was prepared for who I was meeting with. With her giving me an idea of the personalities of the people I was meeting with, this meant I had no surprises and felt comfortable with them right from the go. Once I got the verbal confirmation that I had got the job, Rhiannon did everything possible to speed up the process so I could finish before the end of the year as I had a 4 week notice. I felt like I was a bit of a pest but Rhiannon acted professional, friendly and helpful at all times. I hope that I won’t be leaving my next job at all. However if anything ever did change, I will go back to Sprint people to find me my next job as they really care.
