Spring Bowen Therapy

This was my first time trying Bowen therapy and reiki and I would highly recommend Karin. I didn’t know what to expect but she made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I came in with neck and back pain and feeling mentally drained and I walked out feeling like a new woman. Best health consultant in Randwick. Thanks Karin, I will be back:)

Karin is an amazing, empathetic and effective Bowen therapist. She carefully observes and listens to her clients, to provide the best possible treatment. I have benefitted so much from her approach- (bad post surgery shoulder pain sorted!), and so whenever my body has a problem, I know who to call!

I can't recommend bowen and energy healing with Karin highly enough.
I have been to Spring bowen two times and every time have had what I can only describe as a life changing experience. The first time I went for bowen for carpel tunnel, my arms were like stiff rocks. Within weeks I had no paid.
The second time I went for chakra healing. Completely skeptical and never having had chakra cleansing/healing before - I was beyond amazed when I woke up the next day feeling completely different. For the first time in 2 months, (i had gone through a very tough time) I felt really happy and light.
These are treatments you really have to feel to believe, I have always been pretty traditional when it comes to health issues but I am a Bowen/Energy healing convert now. Karin can heal physical and mental issues - she is my favourite doctor!

Karin is amazing! I have already noticed the difference in my physical and mental health after just 2 treatments. Karin has also treated our 12 year old pug. He bounced back really quickly from a leg strain and went bounding into the treatment room for his second visit - always a good sign. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our miniature dachshunds to Spring Bowen for the past year, I couldn’t recommend Karin and Spring Bowen Therapy enough. Karin is incredible and our two dachshunds love going to see her. Her knowledge with Bowen Therapy is amazing. Our little boy Henry had IVDD surgery earlier this year, and the Bowen has been amazing for him! Our little girl Honey goes along just for maintenance and she loves it too. We are so happy we found Spring Bowen Therapy.

We were so lucky to find Karin and Spring Bowen Therapy before (and after) competing at the Rottweiler Club of NSW Specialty Shows in September. I cannot speak highly enough of the Bowen therapy session Bail had and Bowen and Reiki session I had! Absolutely amazing! And Bail moved and performed the best he ever has, resulting in a 1st Aust Bred in Show and a 2nd place in Aust Bred male over two shows. Karin is so thorough, and lovely and puts you right at ease from the moment you step into her beautiful practice. The difference Bowen therapy has made in both mine and Bail’s body’s is really remarkable. Aches and pains resolve quickly, and even over the long drive back to QLD I didn’t have ANY sciatica pain (which was usually common occurrence for me driving anywhere over an hour) My only regret is that we live 15 hours away and will only be treated to her Bowen therapy once a year when competing in Sydney!

I have been receiving Bowen for over 45 years and I recently discovered Karin and just love her specialised session combining energy work with Bowen technique. I find it very healing soothing and a most wonderful experience if you wish for a more gentle kind and nurturing experience, this is for you.

I had serious lower back issues which were literally stopping me in my tracks and causing severe nerve pain at the top of the glute.
My partner had similar problems and she went to see Karin before me and was feeling better very soon after her session.
She insisted I went and so I booked in a week later.
I was unfamiliar with the practice but went with the flow and had an open mind during the session.
Karin was great. Her communication during the session and explanation of her processes were east to understand.
The results were not as fast as my partners but she did explain it can take longer for different people and the speed of results vary client to client.
I didn’t focus too much on waiting for a result and it wasn’t till a few weeks later that someone asked how my back was that I realised I had no more pain.
I did nothing different since the visit to Karin and hadn’t seen any other practitioners or done any form of stretching or exercises.
I am still pain free and have still not had any other form of physical therapy.
If you’ve got pains of any type that are stubborn and you’re getting no results with relief I 100% recommend you see Karin and give Bowen Therapy a go. Amazing amazing amazing

It’s really is amazing! After only 3 Bowen Therapy treatments by Karin our 2 1/2 year old staffy Zala is so happy, freely walking and running with no restrictions!

Karin has improved my dog's movement enormously after just 3 sessions of Bowen therapy. He is 12 years old has torn ligaments in both knees & before seeing Karin moved slowly & cautiously. He now runs out to the garden, wants to play with my other dog and as an abused rescue dog he is now able to relax and enjoy his life.
As a physio myself, I realise that animals do not have the cynicism towards alternative therapies that many humans have and can therefore get the full benefit.
I can recommend Karin's treatment & gentle approach with my anxious dog to anyone who loves their best furry friend.

I have an older dog who suffers from unexplained pain in his back legs/back
It has became so severe that he had started to become aggressive when touched there which is very out of character for him.
He has done numerous medication trials but nothing has helped.
He is on his 4th treatment with Karin and I have noticed a big difference in his demeanour.
He can be touched where he was previously sore and is much happier in himself.
He loves coming to see Karin now he knows how good the Bowen makes him feel.
He is a dog that isn't very tolerant of other people touching him and now rolls over on his back for belly rubs during his treatments which I have never seen him do to someone other than us.

Hi everyone - especially dog owners.
A few words about Bowen therapy for our canine partners as well as ourselves. I am so glad to have found Karin who practices locally and treats dogs as well as their humans.
I have 3 shetland sheepdogs who all competed or currently compete in the sport of agility.
It's a sport which can be very hard on the dog's body and we in the agility community are very used to providing our dogs with therapies to keep them in top shape. Bowen is one of those therapies. I contacted Karin -she's really lovely and great with dogs - and she made both Tiki and myself very comfortable with a special nicely decked out room for dogs.
Following a Bowen session with Karin (Tiki liked her a lot) Tiki's back straightened and she was loose and happy again. Following the treatment - she came home - slept and woke up back to her normal happy self. Really recommend a visit to Karin for a Bowen treatment - and I followed up with a treatment for myself.which was perfect!
