Terrible. Couple of young staff member does not know the products n argue that muslin fabrics are not for quilting not incl in 40% discountI have to go all the way to Lidcombe

I placed an order online then I was told it was an attempted order and the order didn't go through and to do it again. I've been charged and because they can't find my order they refuse to refund me.because I want these items I placed the order again this time I received the order but when it arrived the packaging was terrible and the box arrived damaged and the items in the box which were Glass were broken.im still waiting on my refund from my attempted order and I've spoken to staff and sent emails and I'm getting no help it's very frustrating.

Location is great, with 3hrs free parking. Parking lot gets very busy between 11am and 2pm. Good places to eat in the centre, before or after your shopping.

Rosa's support has been invaluable. As always, the team at Wetherill Park is very supportive and patient.

Terrible rude staff, no service had to drive to loading dock for another shop and noticed the staff just sit out the back smoking and vaping and the young boys just being idiots

I tried to find one product in the store, which I ended ask asking 6 different workers because no one knew what was happening or where anything was.

I don't advise you to buy something from this store. BAD CUSTOMER CARE. It is like people are forced to work in this store.

Re: Fabric section.
Although staff are friendly. You really need to ensure they have some understanding when it comes to sewing or fabric or even machines and thread. So many times I ask a question and they are just clueless. Store is nice presented and lots of variety for fabrics and textiles. Sewing machine area could be spruced up! Also bring back sew in sessions.

Huge store with plenty of variety. Young team who require training on customer service. Starting with a simple greeting and smile to the customers.

Another retail store where customer service is non existent. The staff looked like they hate their life. I came in to pick up a click and collect order and it took them around 30 minutes to locate it. They kept asking questions like am I sure I went to the correct store as they can't find it initially then eventually located it. No sense of urgency and they simply did not look like they care. Reason why I choose to stick to online shopping. Sad to see what retail has become.

Fairly small store compared to other Spotlight stores but the service was fabulous. Jan in the curtain section and other staff went out of their way helping me find what I needed instead of saying going to a certain aisle. Thanks to the staff. Much appreciated.

Big store, lots of variety with price drops and occasional sales. Pleasant staff. Three hours free parking.

Got fabric and some glue for a craft that I'm making, the place itself was very hard to go around, and some workers didn't know where things were.

Never anyone around when u need help. Always out of stock with most special items. Sometimes its best to order online.

They are always so busy there but helpful.there is a big variety of household items to buy there

I was impressed by their stock. They have a good range from which you can select from. They had small, medium and large greeting cards which are handy. With membership I got a $100 discount.

This store is massive! It has everything thing you need for your home. I love the specials! The staff are friendly and helpful. A wide variety of merchandise and good quality.

The staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. Things are easy to find and things on sale are made obvious.

The salesgirl Sabrina was awesome. Very polite, good customer service. Nowadays we hardly get this nice service at any stores.
