Love love love spotlight. They always have what I need and the employees are so kind and helpful. Shoutout to Layla for helping me find everything I needed and remained calm and professional even when being screamed at by a crazy lady. Thank you so much

Tuggerah is closer but I would drive especially to West Gosford as the staff were amazing and plenty of products unlike tuggerah

I don't know if the staff here hate their jobs or what but they are notoriously bad. Consistently terrible customer service.

It has been so long since I had cash to blow on bulldog NRL colour feathers n leather n stuff at spotlight West Gosford NSW just to make a dream catcher for my besties' Boe, her hubby Kieth lives in her dreams n the right side of bed beside her, it is my mission to make the biggest best Bulldog NRL colour dreamcatcher before 25th May 23
I must go back to spotlight n ask for a map to the blue n white Allsorts.

I knew things were going wrong when we had the initial measure and quote. The agent couldn’t log into their system,
Print out our quote and invoice, or get it loaded so we can pay the deposit. An estimate of 6 weeks to install. Attended the Spotlight store to pay for the made to measure curtain, to find it wasn’t loaded into the system and had to wait for an hour before we could pay. In good faith, we paid in full to save time and inconvenience.
Over 8 weeks later, I chased
Up the store! After 15 calls to the store they finally answered but the staff member was not available so they were to me back. After two days and no call back. I called another 12 times to get an answer. Was put through to the department, to then be left on hold for 20 minutes with no order. So I drink e to the store totally frustrated.
To find: No order could be found, even after I provided quote number or invoice number. And was told I would be called back the following morning.
At 12pm, I hadn’t received a call so I called about another 10 times to get onto the person I needed. I was told that even though the order could not be found on the system, it must have been on another stores database. What B. S.as it was found in their store room.
I was then told HQ would call me on Monday to arrange a date for installation. Monday passed and was called Tuesday to be told it would another month for installation. So that would be 12 weeks, twice as long as what was originally quoted. After threatening to cancel the order they arranged for installation in 2 weeks. So 10 weeks since order.
But it continues…. I was to be called by the installer to tell me the time of their arrival. Now I am at least 20-30 minutes from my mother in-laws home where the curtain was to be installed and she is an elderly lady, who doesn’t handle tradesmen well. Which I had told Spotlight all along. No phone call received. Installer turned up unannounced.
Totally unacceptable communication or customer service.

Excellent variety for arts, crafts and home decoration. One star less as they seem understaffed and it is at times difficult to find staff for assistance. But definitely my go to place on the coast for any of the above. Free parking as well.

Always friendly customer service, great variety and plenty of on-site parking. Have called a few times previously and had to call twice to speak to anyone - however when in-store staff are always around and on the floor packing shelves, etc so not a reflection of the staff's work performance.

Service was very good but the pricing is a bit steep. Even with member specials. I made a promise to myself not to spend more than fifty dollars and it worked out. Though I only left with very little. I guess covid plays part in this as a lot is imported from China. Certainly couldn't find a bargain.

Big store, with almost everything you need for your projects!
It's okay when you find a staff member who is willing to help you out, listen to your needs and work to get what you're looking for!
However, unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky when I went to this store, perhaps because they're very busy and often you have to wait a little while to just get some answers/help. So, when I need something, I always have a look on the website first to avoid looking for staff in case I need to get some help. In short, whenever I go to this store, I feel like they're short on staff because I'm not the only one who needs some help sometimes and, sadly, there is no one around to help!

Lots of items for home and creatively inclined. It has bit of every thing for people who enjoy working with hand, craft and home decor.
Convenient location and ample parking close to the store

I went into Spotlight to get some leatherette to cover a small suitcase that belonged to my fsther, rather than a suite case it is more of a minature brief case, complete with pen holders business card holers. The staff i encountered were extremely helpfull. One of them showed the rsnge in the mayerialI wanted then she handed me over to another stahh mber who measured and cut the materal for me. I was able to get the material and so n e glue nlto recover the case. All the stsff I encountered were curteous helpful snd knowleable. Paul Ardill

Spotlight is spotlight, nothing exciting about this one, staff are actually helpful though! Always go when there's a % off sale, otherwise it's expensive.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have handled COVID online shopping appallingly. Had to spend up to $30 to even get a click and collect, then they removed the item I actually wanted because they didn't have in stock as the website said. Now waiting 2 weeks for a refund on the rest and only getting the run-around. No help whatsoever.

Minimum order for click and collect $30, I only want 1 or 2 packs of sewing machine needles total Less than $20, only other option post at $12
