Spotlight Wagga Wagga

Very different layout to most spotlight stores I've been to. It can feel quite cramped and hard to find things. I reckon they could easily fill another shop space. Otherwise great shop, nice staff.

I'm a bloke so I sat in the car and waited for my darling wife. She was in and out in 5 minutes and found exactly what she was looking for. Customer service must have been exceptional due to the 5 minutes waiting time. 10 out of 10 would recommend to husbands waiting in the car outside as a quick stop:)

Absolutely brilliant, huge store, great layout, everything easy to find, great prices & range. Staff very friendly & helpful.

I found spotlight Wagah Wagah to be a very good store. If you’re looking to find anything related to the lashes, tailoring, bedsheets, quilts, pillows or anything with the bed sheets or queries or household things or indoor plantations or anything to decorate your home. You can get a lot of variety of items, her which you can get a very good price

New store is a bit of a rabbit warren, not ideal for claustrophobes.
Pretty wide selection of fabrics, solid range of other craftwares. Easy to get to and park at.

Great store has alot. Pricing coukd be clearer as things squixmshed in together or nit marked clearly

Was colour matching a shirt, to alter it and found a great match, so many different blacks. Great

A twitchy woman with an undercut was extremely rude. No wonder everyone I know in the craft community told me to avoid spotlight because of the employees. It was my first time here and definitely my last

Pretty lacklustre. Staff were 50-50. Some were REALLY friendly, others acted like even spitting on you was beneath them. Cluttered, and disorganised. Not easy to navigate with two kids and a trolley. Massive variety of stuff, if you've got the time to hunt for what you need. If you don't, don't waste your time.

Big store, lots of things to buy. Sometimes it's difficult to make up your mind what to buy. More than enough parking space, we love to go there.

I went in for party help, I was given loads of help with great customer services, both manager Katherine and team member Jodi, did a great job. Thankyou girls

Best party supply shop in town, after 50 minutes in big w and walking out with nothing we went to spotlight and Kathryn could not of been more helpful, $200 later we left with what we wanted and saved $100 on big w prices

Spotlight Wagga curtain dept. What a joke waited 15min pressed bell for service as sign said 1 man went looking for someone and no sign of him either. Needless to say they have lost my business.

This is a large Spotlight. Their selection of fabrics is diverse - dressmaking, furnishing, quilting. Better selection of card making bulk papers than Gungahlin, ACT. Huge selection for knitters and crocheters. Has everything you want in one nicely set out Spotlight store. Also, good specials! It's a regular stop when I visit Wagga.

No one wanted to help us just got told to look on shelf. Not one person said hi and most of the workers wouldn't give eye contact. It's not hard to say hi do you need help with anything not put your head down and make a run for it. The lady at the counter was nice and did say hi

Needed curtaining material pressed for service waited for 5 mins than pressed again thinking maybe no one heard the bell turned around there where 2 girls that work there doing something mainly talking looked at me and walked away they didn’t work in that section waited around 15 minutes before someone helped me there were other people as well, how hard is it to give service this happened not once but twice happened the next time I went there.

Excellent service, had sheets in stock for their excellent 2 day sale, saved heaps of $$'s. Thank you

Lots of everything and good specials. Shop is a little crammed but friendly staff when you can find them.

Most unwelcoming entrance. Just big empty spaces. A few welcoming signs would make it much more attractive. Actual shop was ok but difficult to find what I wanted. Left without purchasing anything.
