This is not a store, but a paradise for needlewomen and people decorating the interior of their home. Perhaps, if this is your first time coming to buy bed linen, it will be difficult at first to figure out the sizes. Therefore, you need to come here with a clear understanding of what you need and have the sizes of bedding. Otherwise, you will drown in the abundance of offers. And it should be borne in mind that the price depends on the quality of the material. Available in polyester, polyester/cotton; cotton, cotton/polyester. Of course, the more natural the material, the more expensive it is. But you shouldn’t skimp on yourself. And especially for children. Enjoy the shopping!

After service support is terrible, bought the sewing machine there and it wasn't working properly, went back to the shop and talked to them they said I had to leave it there they will have a look and they will give me a call back after 2 weeks 'no response from them' tried to call them the whole Saturday - no one pick up the call.

I was shopping for some items I couldn't find and approached nearest staff member. She was very helpful, left what she was doing and took me to the appropriate department. I also received a discount, fur to bring a loyalty card holder.

Good offers and easy parking, customer service was excellent. Pleasant shopping atmosphere

You can get all your crafting needs here. We recently used their balloon service to collect party balloons full of helium. Called ahead and even though it was late on Saturday staff were fantastic. We also got silver and gold foil for the cake.

Everything you need for the home, crafts & hobbies at great prices. Gotta love Spotlight.

It's big enough, to have a generous range of stock. It's got It's own parking. Multiple businesses are on site (shops) as well as a pop up Cafe.

This store is by far one of the best along side Alexandria, Rockdale spotlight is always well stocked and has a great range of products. Staff are always friendly and super helpful. Definately recommend

Love spotlight anyway. This store is messy and artistic. But it is hard that i can't see the price tags as it is not coordinated with the product and description.thus i had to ask staff all the time as i was looking for sewing machine. Before you come, Do your research first otherwise you will waste lot of time there as it is a huge place

Ordered made to measure x2 big curtains, 1sheer and 2 tracks. Love the curtains although the one in my bedroom which is meant to be a blackout doesn’t even close all the way, all the lights gets through the space and I expect it to be perfect because it was 3k and was made to measure. I have been trying to email them with no reply. There are many other cheaper options around, don’t waste your money I say. The picture is taken 6am and the last one is where it keeps getting stuck and I have to climb the ladder to fix it to fully close: (

Definitely need some extra staff on the floor on weekends. Difficult to get help, but when u do get help staff are help full but you might be waiting a long time for that.

The Spotlight store in Rockdale is probably one of the worse Spotlights I have been to. It is in desperate need of a renovation and the staff are not only hard to find but very nonchalant and uncaring. They do however stock a lot of products just like all of the Spotlight stores in Australia.

Nice store with great assortment of products.

They need to fix that rattling aircon though.

I asked the staff for some advice was told we have what's on the shelves and refused to help me and went back to what she was doing.

I would have liked a bigger sign about where to go for click and collect, instead of driving round the carpark going in the lift etc. Maybe a note on the order email would be a good idea.

Customer Service is a complete joke! Received 2 broken items from the delivery and emailed them to request the refund and pick up their broken items. They emailed back after a week asking for label return or pick-up return options. I replied to choose pick up the return. 2 weeks has gone and no confirmation from them so whatever! This morning waited on the line for 15mins before can speak to a human being, the girl names Shika took 5 mons to look into my case after asked for my full identification. Then she gave up and asked for my order number! Instead of wasting your time on digging to my case, why don't you just use your brain and be smart by asking for my order number at first instead of going around the bush to get nothing. The 3 mins later she told me to wait for an email from a person in charge to respond to your return broken items and refund requests. What a joke! I will never ever shop at Spotlight again!

This place sux! I waited over half hour, standing in line to be served. Only one person on the check out. All i wanted was a few buttons. As im partly disabled, i needed to sit in order to reduce my pain but there was no place i could do that without loosing my place in the line. Not impressed at all. Wont be back!

Lisa and Heba were so professional and friendly. Lisa helped me find exactly what I was looking for and found material at a very good price. Heba ensured that material was at exact measurement and sized up 20 pieces.

Spotlight Rockdale is fantastic, the staff is lovely, plenty of parking, a great variety of goods and fabric types/colours/prints at good prices.
It is easy to lose 2 or 3 hours browsing and shopping. The only down side to this store is that I almost always buy things I don't need.
