Customer service was very helpful with my enquiry. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the assistance.
The toilet in Spotlight Port Macquarie is an absolute disgrace. The whole cubicle was filthy, walls had dents on them. Hand paper towels were unreachable and W C needs replacing. It certainly needs a new paint job and the floor was filthy.
I thought I was in a 3rd world country!
I believe management is not assessing the maintenance appropriately…
Great service and knowledge in the material section school holiday craft happening at our house
Spotlight may have started as a haberdashery but it is much more.
There are many craft related products whether it's cross stitch, tapestry or similar Crafts for kids that incorporate painting glue, etc with a range of party accessories & costumes for Halloween or similar occasions.
They sell sewing machines & the staff was able to assist me when 'the boss' send me on an errand to buy one, despite having zero knowledge myself.
The range of various types of cloth is extensive There is also curtains & various accessories for hanging them.
Typical Spotlight store, great for sourcing fabrics for curtains & fabric-requiring art or school projects. If it is a small fiddly bit you're after for that specific craft project, chances are Spotlight will have it in stock, or order the item in for you. A bit of a messy store, but that is part of the appeal of most Spotlight stores, you can explore and find things you never knew you really wanted, until you found it in that back corner of a Spotlight store.
I enjoy going to spotlight & the prices are reasonable, plenty of parking space, also if your a member U get discount.
There is a guy who works in the fabric section with a lovely manicure who is EXCELLENT. He's very knowledgeable and gave my mum some very good advice about weather resistant fabric.
Lots of things to look at and some great prices but not always easy to find staff who can help.
Every time i go in weekday or weekend, there is a massive queue and only one person serving, terrible management.
I walked into Spotlight and was surprised by what they sell, everything from cooking utensils to fabric to plant pots. The prices were very very good. It is well worth a visit.
Lovely friendly staff I really think it needs to be bigger more variety. This is our only spotlight for 100km it's pretty small but still good
First outing after lockdown lifted and green tick to be shown. Very helpful and pleasant staff member on the door. But even so, she said some shoppers were feeling badly done by and were unpleasant to her. Why? She was just doing her job!
Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent range of fabrics and crafting materials. A huge range of homeware, manchester and Nik naks
Spotlight had a great variety of Christmas decorations on display, as well as kitchen and table wares, also big display of mats, the shop is huge I didnt get to see any more.as I was in a hurry but the shop had what I needed.
Very convenient click-and-collect facility during lockdown. And Peakface coffee next door is great.
Nice shop with some very knowledgeable staff. Overall, good and friendly staff. Good craft products
Much better store than taree. Staff are very helpful and smiling when they are assisting with enquiries. Much better specials then taree
Great spotlight products as usual but somewhat unhappy staff at the time we were there. Not sure what was bugging them but they weren't communicating very well with the customers.
Great selection of lights and extra special bargains to be had in their moving sale at the moment. Get in there fast
