Spotlight Mt Druitt

Severe lack of pricing tickets, limited price checkers and only 1 staff member on the front counters (especially on a sale day) made for very slow checkout. Not the best.

I like spotlight stores. My favorite go to place for craft and yarn supplies. Not open until 9am

Standing here in Fabric section for 30mins waiting for this customer service Rep to attend us. I ringer the bell to make her aware 3 of us waiting but she rudely responded I am with a customer don’t ring the bell. Before that she was rude to another customer and told her you can read the labels poor customer was carrying a baby she had no choice but to ask me for help.
I don’t understand why this place has only one rep when it should be serviced when customers are waiting. Again this customer service rep is terrible and very rude. Disappointed had to leave the and come back when there was service available. Shocking customer service. She attended me and was rude again far out.

This is worst customer service experience I have ever seen in Australia, I do not think that this company will survive; poor communications, technician are low skilled, delay in ETAs, we are now up to six months and they still have not finished the order yet, I have spoken to more than 20 different people in this organisation between technicians, customer service agents, store managers, I have not spoken to anybody can keep the promises or get the job done properly. All the workers hate the company, maybe they get low wages, I will do my best to put my finger on what is exactly wrong with this company.will not rest until I know….

Very good place to shop for your home needs, especially the percent off, it's afford to buy it. The staff are friendly easy to approach.

Old store, good collection but not great merchandising. Team members point you in the direction but no one takes efforts to guide you.

I always go and get my stuffs at spotlight and most of my cricut supplies and tools. Good place and heaps of selection to choose. If I need small packaging bags 5 in 1 pack at a good price - I know where to go to. Some small deco, clothing and curtain, throw pillows, towels, sewing accessories- it’s a place to be.

Guy at the front counter was polite and kind, even though I'd raced in 15 minutes before close for a click and collect

Great friendly staff happy to help plenty of discounts and sales and a large store with a wide variety

As spotlights go, it's just "there". Nothing to write home about but it's well stocked, clean, friendly service but don't count on discounts or freebies or stripshows.it's an overall good experience though if yr looking to cut, nip or tuck.

Love spotlight there is everything you want always great sales best time to buy your wants and the sales people very helpful love the bed linen always a great variety every time I go there I end up buying heaps

The staff member at the fabric cutting table in the apparel fabric section deserves a raise and a holiday.

This is the perfect store to get all you need to make your favourite outfit lots to choose from.

Went to the store to buy some curtains, asked a staff member for help and she was great, a quick and easy process.

Good shopping mall, limited shops but good for small shopping. Especially stitching shop spotlight is here for buying stitching stuffing and also it's a 1 min drive to rashy's restaurant and westfield Mount Druitt.

To start off there should be a no star option. Customer service and staff were incredibly pathetic. Stuff was painfully rude and racist especially this worker named Sharlene. If your 2 year old god forbid cries for a balloon that’s already blown out and hanging on the shelf and you give it to him and tell the staff that your willing to purchase it, you are told that you can’t ‘AFFORD’ it and it turns out to be $1.50 and then they have the audacity to accuse a ‘2 YEAR OLD’ of ‘STEALING’. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting. And your ‘2 YEAR OLD’ is picked on. They are lucky the authorities weren’t called. Never stepping a foot there again.

Ive always had a great experience with Mt Druitt Spotlight for many years, all staff ive encountered with have been kind and approachable.

I am placing my 2 star review based on my experience today with Kim. I was the only customer there, pretty much terrible customer service, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I kindly told her the item she scanned should be on sale as per online price with VIP. She responded to me very rudely but then was shamed later because the item IS on sale.

Kim might need a customer service refresher.
