Spotlight Miranda

Longest part of the visit but by far was the wait for the register. No one was there for at least 5min with about 6 people in the line

It's a decent Spotlight but it's located in a terrible run down mall. Also I have found the staff to be a bit rude not only to me but others asking for help.

Staff not helpful, you ask a question and and they are not bothered.
Went for the Black Friday sale picked items from the discounted bin and to my surprise they were all full price.

This place is horrible. The service is awful and all the staff is rude. This is the only spotlight that is like this. Shop is a disgrace and never have any stock. The staff actually turn away when you try to approach them and the manager doesn’t even seem to care about customer service or satisfaction.

Not worth one star! Staff are rude if you come across one you never find anyone friendly enough to help they look miserable! Wait time to get served and acknowledged is a joke! Management are hopeless to deal with guys avoid this store. I would not buy from spot light if everything was free!

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Kesh as my made to measure consultant.

Kesh is truly an amazing representative of the team at spotlight and really went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied.

I can confidently say that if you are in the market for made to measure blinds contact spotlight Miranda and ask for Kesh as your sales contact.she provided me with a very competative quote of fantastic quality blinds that fit my purpose and make the house look amazing.she did not try and upsell me or take advantage of the sales position which i found was prevalent in other made to measure blind manufacturers.

Kesh was extremely punctual and took special care to make sure we were presented with all the optionsc and were completely happy with the end to end solution.

The Man who served us at the fabric counter was so helpful could not ask for better service

Still one star only.
Four cutting counters, one person, who doesn't know anything about the products she is selling, serving, customers waiting and waiting and waiting. By the time I got to the counter I felt like a zombie.
Suggest to take plenty of water and some barley sugar because the wait requires to be able to stand upright for quite a while.

The following happened during COVID time:
Only double-vaxxed customers let in, needing vaccination passport or equivalent and show to attendant. Store policy. Single-vaxxed-only customers will be refused entry.

I respect Spotlight's policy which, most likely, is in compliance with current Covid restrictions, but it would have saved me the trip had this been made clear on the website. Hence, one star only. Overall, Spotlight is ok for all kinds of stuff.

It is difficult for customers to ascertain what are regarded as 'essential services'. Be it as it may, I found sheets, towels, as well as a few bathroom accessories at a Woolies grocery store and a beautiful range of craft items at Officeworks. The driving around for these bits and pieces was annoying.

I suppose it is not Spotlight's fault that it stocks a multitude of stuff that can be obtained separately in 'essential services' stores, and therefore does not qualify as 'essential' service.

Not enough staff. I asked for some direction and questions about curtains. I didn't want an hour of there time just some advice and then I would be happy alone to cost something. Apparently 'the person' who could help was busy in the dock. I was asked ' do I really need help and the curtains are over there'.
There not interested so I'm not interesting in spending my money there.

This Spotlight is okay, I find they don't have a lot of things that are advertised in catalogues. There's always a line when checking out but staff are always friendly.

This shop is a disgrace
Rude staff who actually turn their back on you. Another staff member told me that I should not have asked her where an item was.
Item not in stock when website says it is.
Shop is very messy particularly in curtain fabric area

Management and staff should go to Rockdale store and see how a shop should be which is where I will go in future

As always Spotlight has all your crafting needs. Found the right pink material I needed for alterations.

Honestly it’s not a bad store, full of the items you need. My 2 star review is due to the staff. Some ladies are lovely but some need an attitude check. You can hear how they talk (scream, rather) to each other and I wouldn’t want to work in that environment. A lady helping me at the counter needed some assistance and when she turned to ask for help the lady replied rudely with “it’s your counter, you look after customers”. Who does that? Such teamwork is appalling.

If you're after somewhere to place all of your nuts, bolts, screws or whatever else you have. Do not overlook Spotlight, you may just find what you're looking for here.

How the heck is this store still here? It has been built up on all sides. I forgot this place even existed.

Average size Spotlight store. I was looking for a specific item on sale. Staff had put up a sign for the sale item on a basket and filled the basket with items of that description but not the brand that was on sale. All items in the basket were at least 100% more than the price on the basket. When I asked a staff member, they were completely unaware of what had happened, what was on sale, etc. I had to show them the item on my phone and then we found it on a bottom shelf elsewhere. I eventually got what I wanted.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Rude, unhelpful and poorly trained staff.
The whole store stinks of chemicals and plastic, and they sell a bunch of junk. Don’t go there.

Absolutely hopeless staff, every time I come to a spotlight store the staff are slow, incompetent and know nothing about the products.

Great store friendly staff. They have stuff you did not know you needed. Always go there first.

Customer service in this place is terrible. The staff is always rude and not helpful. The store is an absolute mess, very disorganised.
