Spotlight Lismore

The store has a good deal of variety. There are often specials on which can be accessed online as well as in-store. The Lismore store has decent aisle space for mobility impaired or for wheelchair access. There are gifts, homewares, towels, sheets, party ware and more. Well worth a look if you are in the area. The staff are always friendly and well informed on their stock. They are also of great assistance when choosing fabrics for different purposes. There are no toilets located in store, however the centre itself has well kept toilet facilities.

Hard to find staff to help let alone trying to find what you wanted. Store has changed and is not logical in its layout. And difficult to navigate with a wheelie walker.
Couldn't find what I wanted so I just left, and only saw register staff on my way out.
Disappointed.

Rang this store about some sheet PVC, after some waiting got a person who provided me with prices averaging around $10mtr and told me they had a large range, even some of the patterns they had in stock. When I went there no one seemed to know where they were, found some myself, very limited range, the one I looked at was $19.00 a mtr. Asked the shop assistant to show me the range and the prices and got handed a book with postage size pics and bar codes / prices and was expected to sort though the rolls which were mixed with many other products including materials. Asked to be shown what was actually in stock and got a disinterested shrug. Sorry threw her book on the counter and walked out

Love spot light so much stuff the only thing is there is never enough staff to help on the floor

It was a good experience, found what we needed, had a laugh even though the staff member was not very happy.

I am owed a refund of $6730.43 from spotlight for a cancelled order. This is not disputed by spotlight however they have not refunded my money despite promise to do so! The Lismore store said the amount exceeds their refund limit and that head office will refund the money. Unfortunately Head office wont reply to my emails or even return my phone calls! Apparently it will take weeks for the refund to process. Corporate corruption at its finest!

I loved this place they close at a reasonable time, awesome service and have mostly everything you could need for a home decorations.

I've been three times in the last year and each time I've had terrible service. A smile costs nothing. Dismissive, couldnt-care-less attitude. Last time I stood at a counter for over 5 mins while a staff member took a private call. I've trained a lot of successful retail sales people, and I understand the difficulties of dealing with the public, but if I was a manager, I'd run the broom through this place.

Curtain material and tape was overpriced. I ran out of tape and had to buy more at a small material place at Casino and was shocked to find it was $2 a metre cheaper at the local shop.

Great service, the lady that helped with our curtains was so good. Lovely to chat with her. Makes the visit so much better

Usually always have positive experience at spotlight. Went there especially to buy a rug as received an email saying rug sale nothing over $99 ends Tuesday the 8th December. Person who I asked had no idea waited for about 15 minutes for her to find out. She said that it doesn't start till Wednesday. Poor service should have honoured e.mail they had sent

Was looking for small square and round tablecloths. Neither available. They only cater for larger families not singles. Only small range of materials.

Huge range of products, everything for every craft project you’ll ever need! Shop is always clean and tidy, staff are friendly and very helpful
