I was accused of que jumping, i was told by the lady in front to go past, the lady at register was insulting and rude.

So many great options here. We come often for everything from craft related products to the kids book week costumes and supplies. Also great for birthday present options as well for children and adults.

Tgere are lots of items, specially beautiful fabric. If you're in to sewing, you can find everything u need under one roof. Kitchen ware homeware bakeware.party deco, you name it, they have it for a reasonable price.
There is a small car park too.

Large range of kitchenware and drapery. Helpful staff. VIP membership. Lots of parking. Good prices!

Best spotlight I have ever stepped foot in. Employees work very hard and are consistently going above and beyond for patrons. So friendly, diligent, and always good for a quick chat. I love getting my cake decorating supplies here.

There I was, looking for a ball of navy blue cashmere wool.it wasn't there.end of story.

Easy to find, lots of parking. Sometimes staff are hard to find for help but when you can find someone they're helpful and friendly.

Just purchased an overlocker from Spotlight Hornsby. I'm not a VIP member and this was known to the counter staff member when this transaction took place. I was offered an extended warranty which I bought because overlockers aren't cheap. As my husband and I were leaving, I could hear the staff member bragging that she'd sold a warranty, which made us feel like dupes.

When I get home, I see that extended warranty ONLY applies to VIP members, and I needed to have scanned my non-existent VIP card at the checkout in order for the warranty to be valid. I couldn't have read this in advance, because the warranty page is handed over with the receipt. She literally wrote 'VIP number- not applicable' directly underneath the line saying you have to be a VIP member to purchase a warranty.

This was a birthday present so this exchange really soured it.

I bought several of those Gummerson Rylee roller blinds about 1 year ago. Some are now skipping due to the grooves in the mechanism (made of plastic) getting worn out. I went to the store and found out new model now has 38mm, mine was 25mm including the 2.10 meters blinds which are all bended in the middle as the pipe is too think for the weight of the blinds. And there is no replacement mechanism available for sale, so I had to buy a brand new blind to replace the old one that started skipping - I was informed that the warranty is only 12 months and I bought them in Dec/21,13 months ago.

Got what I needed but had to chase down someone to cut material and then it was only a trainee and he struggled. Not his fault but I think some more staff or more staff training would help.

Friendly staff that went out of their way to help a totally noobie like myself. Great recommendations and everything worked out.

Its a huge Spotlight store with a huge range of products. Any kind of craft supplies you could want. Friendly staff too.

Customer service is very poor, keep calling Hornsby store and they never answer
If you go in the store and you ask for help most of the time they know nothing about their product, ask for an item once and they told me they don’t carry that product and walking around the store I find it and showed to them that they don’t have any idea of their product
