Staff are very lovely and helpful, plus I've found so many great bargains here that I've never seen in any other Spotlight. So pleased the only local craft store is one I enjoy visiting often

While they didn't have what I was looking for, the staff were still very helpful and courteous in trying to assist with my search.

Christmas and Halloween stuff everywhere crowding the isles making it very difficult to get around. Almost a fire hazard.

Just updating old reviews. The Griffith store has gained a star since I last reviewed it as one star, three years ago. Mostly good staff now when you can find them. One staff member has NO business being in customer service (condescending and rude; mocking customers in front of other customers). Good range of products, but stock levels are hit or miss. Will still travel an extra 300km to visit another Spotlight for decent service.

A good spotlight with everything you would expect to find. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable.

Very disorganised. Unfortunately online was saying they had stock but in store there was nothing. Staff were extremely helpful.

Well i really only thought
This store sold materials, for making clothes, bedding things, but WoW theres is so much more, i bought about 10 items when i was ther last, lol,

Needed some bedding etc.etc. 40% sale.
Went to pay, and was told it (40%) only applied to members.
I paid the full price.the young girl at counter should of signed me up, and given me the discount, I thought, as is practice in retail in general.

Not enough staff. After being in line for a while purchase my goods only to find out I couldn't use zippay even though it said on the website I could!

Service was very slow another customer and I waited for 10 minutes no staff in the curtian department.

I find it hard to find products I'm looking for and when I finally find someone half the time it isn't helpful.
One staff member in particular is quite ignorent and rude.
She normally works the front counter and is positively not helpful at all.
The products are at the high end of prices, with nothing special offered.

Staff didnt bother to serve me, I was standing at the counter for 3 minuutes with nobody around.

Staff are helpful, welcoming, and knowledge about the products that the currently carry.
I visit this place quite often as an option for home crafting needs. It is located about 15-20 walk minutes from Griffith town centre main Street though. Bonus is, it is in a block of other shops. Such as Vet, Runnings, Furniture, Cinema, Funland, Cheap Auto. Also across the way, nearby is another block of shops I.e Anytime Fitness, Harvey Normans, Furniture, Car Shop and BCF outdoors boating & clamping needs provider.
Neat alright.

Well stocked, good seection, aisles a little cluttered for wheelchair customers, but certainly able to navigate with patience.
