Great variety, good prices, excellent range of craft supplies, home goods, bedroom pieces, storage options, kitchen wear, materials, blind options. Staff are on hand to guide you, answer questions and assist happily. It’s a great place to shop.

Very eclectic store, just enough of everything to be lovely. They sell deep cake pans and cake boards, and you can often pick up some really lovely and unusual fabrics for quilting. I have found lots of lovely kitchen accessories and a decent range of bedding.

Few, if any staff available on the floor to assist with questions regarding potential product purchases e.g. Blinds' sizes. Not all items ticketed. Had to ask counter staff for prices, after 'lugging' heavy venetian blinds to the counter from the back of the store to the front counter. Counter staff a bit ''surly', probably from too few staff, and over-worked.

Nice variety of things and staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful with any purchases you need assistance with. I will be returning to their shop for future purchases

Staff assistance was fabulous.
However it was difficult to find correct pillow cases as every single display was mixed with styles and colours in particular v shapes.

So staff was helpful but they just weren't stocking what I needed - & it is a basic Cake Decorating requirement so couldn't work out WHY you wouldn't have it!

Just left Grafton Spotlight after getting the premium treatment from salesperson Brock and his mustachioed salesman companion (sorry, forgot your name).

Both Salesmen were prompt and diligent in the service they provided. They left me feeling informed and satisfied as a customer. I will definitely return to this store because of these hardworking young men.

An absolute credit to industry. Role-model material for young up n comers. Keep it up, men! Great work!

It's fine but as far as Spotlights go, the building is smaller and so everything is crowded in very very tight.

If you like the challenge of handicraft or cooking then Spotlight is the store where you can purchase items to meet your needs.

Asking for proof of COVID vaccination I think will be a bad idea as spotlight staff were doing upon entry turning away customers

I purchased a pouring paint kit. It doesn't tell you how much oil to use, so I used what other sites used. It didn't work at all. Store and staff are great but this is not the first product I've purchased that didn't have good directions in it

Very good. We were looked after by a staff member named Troy. He helped get what we were looking for in a very cautious manner.

Its very good service there. Customer service by floor supervisor really good. He knows where everything is, just ask. Good specials when they come on in store. Best organised store ive seen.

Good and clean store. Only thing I can complain about is they had signs up saying all yarn 40% off. Mum got 5 balls of wool and when asked about the 40% off got told as it was the cheapest one they stock it was not included. They should put that on their signs. Instead of all yarn they need to say selective yarn on sale.

Clean and tidy store. I was in the fabric department and was look for help but could find anyone. Not normal for that particular store.

Had good range of products to choose from. All staff I saw were really busy however not too busy to assist me. Much appreciated. Will go back again.

It is such a pity that Spotlight have reduced the number of staff, those staff members left are disinterested in helping and make you feel that you are really interrupting them from hiding from the public. I do understand that the company would have needed to try to cut costs, but they do need to re-educate their staff on customer service. I try not to visit Spotlight because of this issue, but there are times when I do need to have to go in to the store.
