Clearly short staffed. Unhelpful overwhelmed staff on the floor. Had to get someone paged to the relevant section and waited.and waited.and waited.and then left.

Staff member I dealt with was friendly and welcoming. Took me to exactly where the product I wanted. Was in and out quickly which was perfect

Bathrooms were out of order and workers kept on saying different stories. Other than that, the 2 girls at the cutting section were so nice. So helpful too

Under staffed, only one staff at cashier, self service machines are all not working. The staff called for assistance since there was a long line during sale time but no one came to her aid as they were busy restocking shelves.

Went to buy curtains. Cramped and overpriced. If you need staff, staff are nowhere to be seen. Long check queue when we were there. We will not be back.

Helpful staff. Wide variety of goods at reasonable prices.
Loved their unusual design in quilt sets and also bought an interesting bedside lamp.

This store is massive and always have a lot of stock for products, however staff are extremely rude and unfriendly… i get that youre just trying to do your job but other people have to work too and still put on a smile for customers, theres no reason to be rude unless the customer gives you a reason to be lol

Counter staff are amazing, however on the floor staff sorry what floor staff, there are never around and if you are lucky enough to find one they arnt very helpful most of the time

A huge store, almost like Bunnings! I was able to get exactly what i wanted but I had to really look for it. There is so much on offer.

I'm pretty sure this is the largest Spotlight in Sydney. It's lots bigger than the stores you see in shopping malls. There is a huge range and lots of stock. There's lots of parking underneath, though it does seem to fill up quickly. Go early to miss the crowds.

28-05-2021, spotted a large quilt batting packet for sale at $40 according to signage. At cash desk it was recorded at $140, so I took the cashier to the place I picked up the quilt. She asked her supervisor for clarification. The supervisor said it’s $140 not $40. That was fine until she looked at me with hostility and said someone changed the sign. I don’t work there, I don’t even know how those big signage work!? Instead of getting an apology for their inefficiency, it’s insinuated that I changed the sign! That’s customer service for you.

Long wait times at registers going through that maze like going for a cheese being a mice.really sloooooooooooow checkouts

This store is huge, looks very neat and tidy. If you want it, I'm sure they've got it. Plenty of undercover parking, the store is upstairs and has a lift available. Also has a little coffee shop for stairs and the coffee smells amazing.

My husband went to inflate some baloons this afternoon and he came back home saying he got charged $75.00! This is insane. We brought our own baloons and we got charged almost $4.00 per baloon which is two times more than baloon cost or anything. I can not believe this and will lodge a complain to consumer affairs and fair trading! Worst experience ever!

The staff was so helpful to suggest the solutions for my mini projects and directed me to the areas where the products located

Very nice standalone store with ample parking. Lots to choose for hobbyists. On clearance/sale until the first week of May 2021. Check website for exact sale dates

Good service but the working staff must learn where all the items are. Otherwise, the staff will waste customers precious time. We are all time poor these days.

It has a lot of options when it comes to homeware. It has also a very nice selection of party stuff. There is also costumes for kids and adults. It also has miscellaneous cookware. There are also bedding and linens.
