Unfortunately being over 3 levels is not the best layout for a Store like this, but I suspect regular shoppers would get used to it.

Felt very sorry for the young lady on the check out. As she was on her own serving a large que of people whilst at the same time having to keep her eye on the entrance to ask every customer entering the store for proof of Vax and check in. Constantly apologising to the customers she was serving. I had to ask for help getting a product down from a shelf and she was very kind, calling staff to help me! Sadly she called 5 times over 20 minutes and no-one came. I left in disgust. Spotlight you should do better by your staff and customers than this!

More than grateful for staff support when I was challenged trying to catch a half price deal while caring for special needs rescue dog. Staff with caring hearts of gold

Huge store. Well set out. I found what I was looking for very quickly. I understand the lower floor is party goods!

Thought i'd find a spotlight. Not a single flash light in stock.instead a highly chlorinated mop and towel shop, with sequins and other nonsense. Give me my Janome back Jack!

Was very good and nice as it was my first time going to spotlight but the one problem we had was a worker that served us at a checkout was not very nice, but other than that it was an amazing experience and would % go again️

Busy but security guard was extremely helpful and got my click and collect very quickly. Awesome service.

There is so much stock, I never have enough time to explore all possibilities. The loyalty card gives me discounts, even at online shopping during covid restrictions.

Be very dubious about ordering hm delivery been waiting 1 month and can't get my email answered. I know covid has made some delays but I paid less than 7 days delivery. Why advertise if you can't even get close to delivery. I want my money back! Mostly I'd like to be acknowledged.

Staff in Spartys had a very rude tone and unhelpful

Great range of items to buy, like any other spotlight, but the staff on-site are pretty useless, waited ages to be served, ended up having to find someone just to make a purchase. Only go if you really have to, otherwise find somewhere else

Good instore, every day needs for all projects, I did a click and collect tho and it got cancelled without telling me why.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Different levels of the building makes it a bit harder for people to move between the departments.over all good variety full stock and helping staff makes up for everything.

Wow what a difference in prices and customer service Rockdale is a far better store than Campbelltown

Very disappointed with the service. Asked about a specific fabric, advised sold out and not available, I asked her to call other stores to which she refused as they were too busy. Was told to order online.
Came home ordered said fabric online, received email notification advising fabric was coming from Spotlight Campbelltown. Not happy.postage cost $13.00.

Based on my experience with one of the workers, Irene, I had an amazing time shopping there. She has the best customer service in Campbelltown! You go, girl!

Staff were amazing helped me choose my curtaining and all the fittings. Very efficient helpful and pleasant.

Very friendly team members and a great range of homewares and craft supplies. Wish they had a bit more variety of yarn in this store though.
