Fillet steak was disappointing use to be the best. Price has gone up yet again no mash potato just very ordinary frozen chips and quantity of sauces not the same

I would like to commend a trainee named Joanne at the materials’ register. She kindly helped carry my shopping to the car. A very pleasant and helpful young lady.

Didn't have what I wanted. Staff member told me that I had to replace the whole zipper on my jacket. Internet tells me differently that there are zipper repair kits that may do what I need.

Spotlight Bondi Junction is quite a good store. It has lots of products available. Noushen was very helpful with my balloon order for my new year party - as I'm a very picky customer. Her help is appreciated.

Thank you for picking up the call, checking stock and holding it for me for the 24 hours! It was out of stock in most places (checked online) so you were a lifesaver! Efficient and friendly staff over the phone as well as the staff at the counter on the day of the pickup (I think their names were Mandy and Esther) Thanks guys

4 staff members floating around stacking shelves while 1 poor staff is at the cashier whilst 10 customers are waiting to pay.

Their website said they had the product stocked and in store. Was told on arrival that it hasn't been in stock for weeks. What's the point of the website?

Staff member was extremely rude. I bought a rug and I politely asked a bag to put it in he threw his hands in the air stating he didn’t have anything, and stomped off, then reluctantly tossed me one plastic bag. He didn’t help me in any way. Dreadful.

Spotlight at Bondi Junction is jam packed full of products on all the shelves. It’s not a huge Spotlight and certainly a lot smaller than most Spotlight stores I’ve been too. It is quite old and in need of a refurbishment and redesign. They stock most things you expect to find and have friendly staff ready to help.

Terrible website, very bad organised, many of the products are not available and you not able to make an order under $30 I do not find that a good service.

Variety is good but very expensive place unless they have offers. Frequently has empty shelves for some stuff, stick ordering issue maybe? Probably the worst customer service of any store in Bondi junction. You can never find anyone and when you do they act like they are doing you a favour for stopping what ever it was that they are doing.

The store has a massive variety of craft and fabric supplies, I love going whenever I'm looking for those.
It's a bit messy sometimes and most of the staff look overworked.

Spotlight was good but needs some products that the company did not have the product that I was looking for was glossy accents and if I can I would like to but it in a liter also I would like to see a spotlight over the marrickville mall area thankyou wendy

Walked around for 30 minutes looking for something, asked 3 different staff members and they all pointed to different areas and basically offered no help what so ever.

Parking signs not well posted or clear. Why do we need to pay for parking at such high cost on top of already shopping expenses.
