40Thankyou for always welcoming myself and my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Assistance Dog. Your inclusiveness really makes a difference to those suffering with this deadly disability. Thankyou
Shopping here is great. Staff are always nice especially Linda who is always friendly and helpful.
Well stocked and lovely products. Unfortunately, was greeted by an older lady who was not in a good mood. Quite rude and condescending. A pity as it is a lovely shop.
Full of interesting & beautiful materials for the crafty person! Well worth a visit. A few seats dotted here & there would make it a better experience for these aged bones.
The younger staff tend to be nice, but there’s a few older ladies that are incredibly rude and condescending.
They have discount specials for VIP members almost every week. Great bargins and absolutely anything and everything you could want for all crafts.
Everything we were interested in didn't have prices or was in the wrong place. Very frustrating.
Its always a good place to shop. I am an older pensioer so love the specials for my quilting and homemaker needs.
The staff at 2795 are helpful and knowledgeable. They go the second mile to find what you require.
Thanks
The minute I walked into spotlight at Bathurst the lady at the counter was extremely rude and on the defensive. I came to return or repurchase to the same amount and I knew I was in trouble as soon as she saw a slight mark on the package which was not in bagged and so small it was not worth a comment. It cannot be returned…. Then the receipt which is in the computer was too much and the manager was called. Well Carol may as well worked as a prison warden. The rudeness and aggression on her arrival to the register was appalling and as she stormed out the back to retrieve my sale which took forever she then yelled across the floor my goods are back at the register. I asked who was above her to discuss the rudeness with and she said nobody. That is my experience. I took a refund instead of swapping.and even though a very good customer I will not be back. I was in disbelief at two very rude people at the entry of the shop. It was all doable but they did clearly not want to do it or assist. They are so unhappy and unwelcoming.
I have worked in retail for years and understand that customers can be very difficult. But my experience is never order anything over the phone (description, barcode, price given) wrong product delivered! Told to return to closest store, but your postage won't be refunded. Was directed to this store as had product. Thought an apology would be given and correct product sent! But no! Oh! Well!
I went in to cancel some lay-bys as well as pay one out. The first lady was very kind and willing to try for me but couldn't find it so she called the department team leader. Carol was quite rude and made out that I was in the wrong for putting fabric on lay-by because she was determined they do not lay-by fabric, how am I meant to know that as a customer? I do not work there. She was stating that fabric cannot be returned and returns cannot be done without a receipt. Once I made her aware that the lay-by was not paid out and it was on the screen in front of her she decided to go ahead with cancelling it.
Spotlight bathurst is almost my second home in Bathurst. The team there always go out of their way to help me, no matter how crazy & no descript I am when sourcing a specific fabric or item. The store is by far one of the best presented spotlights I’ve visited. This keeps me returning time & time again
Like all Spotlight store but extra efficient and friendly staff make this store a standout.well worth a visit!
Ok.just spotlight.ambiguous sign on the wool specials table? Not enough made in Australia wool.the price was ok though.
Pretty ordinary like most of their stores, go in find what you want or need. Then get out. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Nice people
Very pleasant young lady served us, she was polite, knowledgeable very helpful. We got what we wanted. Well done
Staff were excellent, guiding me to where I needed to be to find what required! Store very neat and tidy
Real surprise as didn't realise the range of house items, party assessories let alone art and craft variety on offer. Real eye opener!
Staff was a bit thin, needed some help with direction for what I wanted to purchase. Managed to find most things but did leave without some items. Shame as that is my nearest spotlight store and it is over 2 hours drive to get there.
