Spotlight Albury

Went in today the young lady that helped me in the curtain department was absolutely amazing.l would not have been able to get everything if she had not known her job so well and been such a wonderful person thank you so much. This was at Albury shop.

This store is huge and has so much to offer with plenty of options in all departments. It's a craft lover's dream and it has loads of great bargains. I live in Wodonga and when i need to get craft items i love to come over here and get my wool and craft stuff, especially when they are having a sale. The click and collect option have been reliable and staff are friendly and helpful.

It's Spotlight, messy unclear marking but usually you find what you want.
I did not find everything I needed this time.

I've not had a good experience at this spotlight since moving here. I've found it is generally well stocked, however I will shop elsewhere if I can to avoid interactions (or lack there of) with the staff. I'm sure there are lovely ones well versed in providing excellent customer service, but I'm yet to come across one. The attitudes of the older counter staff in particular need to be addressed, as it seems to be a common complaint.

Hard to find things. Young lady was helpful but older woman on checkout appeared to be in a not so friendly mood at the time.

Great products. I found the staff (one in particular) at the click and collect desk quite rude multiple times. It cost nothing to speak politely.

Just what the doctor ordered. Got everthing I needed for making a rubber for applying French polished.

Went to Albury spotlight light about 3 weeks ago to have some number balloons blown up. These balloons had been purchased else where but took them here to have them blown up. I paid for the service and waited and watched while they blew them up. The girl who was about to cut some string to tie around the first balloon and accidentally popped it with the scissors she was using. After a quick conversation with I’m guessing her leader, the leader came to me and said that I had bought in “faulty” balloons and that one had popped, she said we would replace that one that had popped but because they weren’t purchased at the store if the next one was “faulty” that I would have to repurchase a new balloon I then I asked how it was faulty knowing full well what I had just witnessed the other worker do, the leader proceeded to roll her eyes at me and say “I don’t know it just happens”. Rude customer service and just own up to your mistakes next time rather than lying and accusing your customer of bringing in “faulty” items.

Well set up place, food very good, Beer was excellent brewed on the promise. Very attentive staff, great ordering app
Minimal wait time, great facilities for children.

Curtain service was terrible - came and took a measurement - then forgot about us, lost the sample we wanted - couldn't even get a quote to us and wont return calls

I often call in here for nick-knacks. I purchased a lovely lovely doona cover on sale for the bargain price of $20 yet the quality is good. Los of craft ideas to keep me occupied. Wool for knitting so lots to see, do & buy

Everyone was nice there until I got to the check out. This lady named marg saw me walk up to the check out, she was tidying up some stuff. She saw me and didn't say "I'll be there in a minute. " I stood there for about 2 minutes, and when she finally went up the register she said "I'll take whomever is next in line. " I was the only there, she didn't even greet me and say "thank you for shopping have a nice day. " It left a bad taste in my mouth

The staff member i spoke to had absolutely no idea! The product I was looking for was 3 metres from where she was standing, yet she told me they didn't have it! Grrrr!

Be very careful, check your receipts. If two barcodes can be read you will be charged twice for the same product. Not checking today cost me $16: 00 as I was charged twice for a product.

Love spotlight, very helpful staff, good range of all things craft, furnishing linens, wool haberdashery etc.

Spotlight provides me with great selection of bed linen, craft items what more could a gal want,!

Very disappointing that there was no pokiemon thing anything except a balloon.prices were quite high also

Fabric dept very messy. Fabrics unrolled & stacked on each other. Curtain fabric dept - fabrics on floor & unrolled. I did not buy anything as I was put off by the mess

Always love a cheeky visit to Spotlight. Kudos to the staff for always being so helpful for all my mad crafting projects!

Spotlight is a fantastic store, such a huge range of products, great specials all the time and very friendly and helpful staff, thankyou.
