Spotless Carwash N Cafe

Very good service, Friendly staff.
My car was parked under a tree and was full gums, they cleaned my car well and gave me a fair price.
Best car wash in the town.

The owner was lovely.
The was a mess when I took it. They done what they could.
He left a nice air refresher.

Don’t use these guys for exterior clean. They use one giant bucket for hand wash mitts and they don’t swap them out. They use one set of mitts for the entire car and they may only rinse the mitts out once (in the same soap bucket as where they got it from) while going around the car. Not great for maintaining paintwork.

Spent 45 minutes and paid 50$ and what I received in service is worth quarter of that, car wasn’t fully cleaned and the dashboard no touched where in my packages there was dashboard included. Not recommended and never coming back again.

The worst and rudest staff ever, the manager’s the worst. They change rates on every visit and if you tell them i am regular, they say we don’t care don’t come next time. They need to have professional staff or they’ll end up pushing all the customers away.

Very rude and ignorant staff who are not willing to help. Didnot knew what to do when i arrived there and was not willing go help, when i asked gave a bad response.

I had a juice spilled all over my seats and it made my car smell bad, i dont know what the guys in spotless did but they took off the smell and removed the stain from my seats

A year ago, it cost $30; now, it costs $50. Unacceptable service; seats and door sides not vacuumed. Unwiped door side trims and stains on the seats.

I visited again since you replied and 1st of all thanks for taking ur time and taking action on my previous comment. Guys did a great job this time. And FYI, i paid for the service and tipped the guys for their effort. They did compensated me for last time. Mentioning it here cuz I want you to know my comment was solely based on experience.

I normally pay $30 for a uber wash. But last couple of times I was asked $40 cash only and once $35. I don't know of the boss knows this or he changed the price.

Disgusting service, not vacuumed under seats sides of doors. Side trims of doors not wiped down, marks left on seats. They couldn’t even wipe cup holders down. Window rims of the rubber not even washed. Showed them, they tried to say it’s old rubber! Yeah on a new car. My car was rushed through getting washed that’s why was shocked it was already done. Went back to tell them what needed to be corrected but trying to say it’s not included after paying $70. My 12 year old washes the car better. Be warned! Find a place that takes pride in what they are doing not just rushing you through to get money that they make off you. YOU DON’T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR…. SCAMMERS

External carwash listed as $25 but they demanded $35. Granted, the roof did suffer from recently being parked under a tree busy with birds and they justified it'd take more time.
Waited over 20 minutes for it to be finished and staff were generally inattentive, did not speak english well and rude. The joint cafe where I waited was dirty and not a good experience.
The car still had faint stains on the roof.

Better off going to a machine car wash.
Not coming again.

I got my car washed and cleaned today on 12.06.2022. It was the worst service I ever got. Spot every where interior cleaned miserably. I could have done much better cleaning than getting it cleaned my them. Not at all recommended for Car wash and clean. Not at all worth the price. I went back to show the guy how they cleaned and he was like at $50 this is how we clean. I have no words for these guys.

First time visiting this car wash. I expect same as the business name but It's not spotless car wash it's spots. Car not clean as required and customer service zero. Not recommended.

The morning staff at this carwash don’t have manner how to speak with the customers, I have said them this is a rideshare car but they have lied and refuse to charge me as under rideshare car. Even Though I visit this place from 3 years and they didn’t understand.
